We're sorry — and we'd like the chance to make it right.
First, an honest admission: we've been so focused on serving our customers directly since 2009 that we failed to monitor our online reputation. We only learned of this review recently, when a customer brought it to our attention. We immediately claimed our company profile here on Trustpilot, and reaching out to you through the platform was the very first thing we did — unfortunately, we haven't heard back yet. Your review doesn't include enough details for us to locate your order in our system, and this platform is unfortunately the only channel we have to reach you. Although two years have passed, we still take this seriously, and it troubles us that any customer may have had an unsatisfactory experience.
We'd like to clarify a few facts: we are a factory-to-consumer company — by cutting out all middlemen, we're able to offer quality dental equipment at genuinely lower prices. That's our mission: Better Dental Equipment, Fewer Dollars. We do have a clear return policy and after-sales guarantee, all publicly available on our website.

Thank you for your honest review — we're sorry, and we've made changes.
We only became aware of this review recently, and we wish we had seen it sooner — which is why we're only responding now, years after your experience. Please accept our apology for the slow reply and, more importantly, for what happened in 2022.
A product arriving damaged, followed by a confusing claims process and out-of-pocket costs you shouldn't have had to bear — that isn't the experience we want any customer to have.
Since then, we've changed how we ship: a customs clearance agent now handles duties and import procedures on our side, so customers no longer face surprise charges at delivery. We've also reworked our after-sales process so damage-on-arrival cases are resolved directly by our support team, without the courier back-and-forth you experienced.
We're sorry it took this long to say it, but thank you for taking the time — your feedback helped us fix what was broken.
