What started with hope ended poorly. I purchased a lemon tree and a peach tree from this company. They have their 60 day guarantee which unfortunately means nothing. The lemon tree I purchased is still doing ok. The peach tree when I received it was simply a stick. No leaves, no branches, nothing.

Sometime later, within the 60 day guarantee to thrive promise, I contacted them about my concern with the current state of the peach tree. It was still a stick. Still no branches. There were occasional leaves, but they would just fall off. The assured me that it would be fine and just take some time.

Fast forward to today when I contacted support telling them I needed this replaced. The peach 'tree' is dead. They said it was outside of their 60 day guarantee to thrive period. I told them I contacted them about this within the period a long time ago. They essentially said too bad. We have probably 100 plants in the house along. We purchase a lot of plants, but we will not be purchasing any more from this business.

I had a few issues with communication at the beginning of my experience with Fast Growing Trees, but once Marvin stepped in, things improved tremendously. He was very helpful with my order and made sure everything was taken care of.

My plants arrived yesterday and, overall, they were in good shape and looked healthy, with only a little stress from shipping—which is understandable. I’m pleased with the plants I received and especially grateful to Marvin for his help and excellent customer service.

Overall, a good experience, and I would order from Fast Growing Trees again. Thank you, Marvin!

I honestly love this company and am shocked the reviews aren’t higher. I have had nothing but an amazing experience with them and their customer service was outstanding. I order a lot from them And so far it’s been great.

The tree ordered arrived with brown, droopy leaves, was planted per directions but did not show any improvement. Customer service was contacted and photos were provided. They gave watering and mulching advice (which was very specific and not consistent with any gardening protocols I've encountered) but the tree has deteriorated, no growth after 5 months and leaves completely brown and withered. I reached out again to Customer Service to request a refund and have been asked several more questions about fertilizing, watering, light- this tree is dead and should not be, was never in healthy shape.

I used to use them all the time. They were oK, because yr s ago we were new to gardening not now. I ordered they sent sick plants, pasts me around to at least 5 different people. I sent lots of pics. Their stuff dies. It's half dead when it gets here. Order & pay for a Gallon get a quart. That's another thing. I had to throw 3 diseased plants in the trash, they were full of white mites & the roots were slimmey. I had to bag them carefully & dispose of them. They would've infected my entire Gardens. I would NEVER buy anything off them again. It would only be replaced w/something like a dead pint. I cut my losses. The new co. I use are healthy & beautiful when they get here. NOTHING LIKE what i was receiving. They're horrible service as well.

Really nasty experience - never again. Ordered a plant that was supposed to be shipped in the middle of summer heat wave. The shipment was delayed three times !!!! And I never got the plant. The company threatened me with all kinds of dire consequences when I brought up the possibility that I just might get my bank involved to get a refund on their suboptimal service (i.e. no plant delivered on an overpriced order). I certainly got my money back - no thanks to the company, but rather the bank that supports my credit card. Anyway, they are rebranding as trees.com as they have been getting a really bad rep with the past brand (fast growing trees). Stay away unless you desire extra drama in your life

I have ordered twice from Fast Growing Trees. One shipment arrived in the best condition I have ever received plants. Everything was beautiful, healthy-appearing, and well-packaged. The second shipment was two fairly large banana trees and the tops were actually folded into the box. Luckily I had some stakes to try to straighten them back up and I am trying to nurse them back to a healthy state. I believe they are going to do okay but I think I am going to lose those top leaves. It was surprising to see the bananas so poorly packaged when all the other plants I received from them were packaged perfectly. But maybe banana trees don't require careful handling and Fast Growing Trees knows something I don't know. I believe I will take a chance and order from them again. It does really seem that the quality of their plants is quite good.

08/21/2026 UPDATE: The company responded asking me to contact them with photos. When I did, they replied with a sincere apology for the way my order had shipped and let me know that they would be shipping a replacement to me. I love it when companies have integrity and do the right thing! So I have edited my rating of them from a 4 to a 5. I will definitely order from them again.

Do Not believe the Guarantee! I’ve lost over $150 from this place. First I got dead Raspberry bushes & sent them many photos. They said they didn’t get them & take another picture. By then they were 2 sticks dead in the ground. I’ve been begging for a refund for 3 Months! Now Today I get the hardy Hibiscus bush that was supposed to be here much sooner. It’s basically just dying. Leaves are all Yellow or crunchy. I’ll plant it in the cool Morning. But my hopes aren’t too high. WARNING: Don’t purchase anything from this God Forsaken place. Big rip off! They don’t stand behind their Products!

Customer service far exceeded my expectations. All trees come with well established root systems. If you’ve never ordered Trees online, I suggest you try this website - Trees.com.

I bought over 20 jr thujas two years ago and planted along drivway. after 2!/2 years they have only grown about a foot. Thats not my complaint. although they arent fast growing trees as advertised. My complaint is that one of the trees has just completely turned brown and died recently. Yes i watered and groomed religiously. I called customer service for some advice and help. I also asked if they could send me another tree not for free but at a very reduced fee and not charge for shipping since it was cost of the tree. I did not get any help and any reputable business would have made this work since I ordered so many prviously. Anyway I will go elsewhere for my tree purchases, somewhere where they appreciate their customers.

Ordered over $800 in various flowering and fruit trees, and half died or never bloomed. Expensive store and only will send replacements, never a refund. Stay away.

Trees were much nicer and bigger than advertised. They were received in excellent condition.

I ordered three of the multicolor hydrangeas. I was stunned when they arrived. These trees are about 6 inches tall. Very deceptive. It will take years for them to be full grown. I’m very disappointed . I ordered several times from them in the past . This will be the last order.

My Experience with Fast growing trees– Very Disappointing
And honestly all the reviews on their site are not real but I don’t even have the option to put a review myself .
I wanted to share my honest experience because I think potential customers should know what to expect.

I placed two separate orders with them, and unfortunately, the fig tree I received arrived in very poor condition. The tree had broken branches throughout, brown and burned leaves, and the pot was smashed. What was especially frustrating was that the shipping box itself appeared to be in good condition, but there was very little support inside the box to protect the tree. It looked like the tree had been moving around during the entire shipment.

For the amount I paid for this tree, I expected much better quality and packaging. I understand that plants can experience some stress during shipping, but the condition of this tree was far beyond what I would consider normal shipping stress.

I contacted the company and provided photos of everything. While I appreciate that they responded, I was disappointed with the suggestion that I simply monitor the tree because some of the damage could be attributed to shipping shock.

As a customer, I shouldn’t have to spend this much money on a tree and then hope that a severely damaged plant survives.

I am currently asking the company to send me a healthy replacement tree that has been properly inspected and packaged for shipment. I hope they will do the right thing and resolve this appropriately.

I’m sharing my experience and photos so other customers can make an informed decision before spending their money. I truly hope Plants.com uses this feedback to improve how their plants are inspected, packaged, and handled when customers receive damaged products.

Guys use Easyplant. I should have stick purchasing from them. Never had a problem with my plants before. This company is scam. All the reviews on their website are positive .

Great customer service, reasonable price, healthy plants and trusted company.

The ordering process was easy and when my plants arrived they were in excellent condition! They were healthier than a few I purchased locally! The soil was still damp and the plants were extremely healthy. Thank you for such great quality! Also— customer support was very quick in their response to my emails.

What made my experience great was when I realized the pretty thugas I purchased were doomed next heat dome this company took care of me with understanding, kindness and speed. In these climate challenging times plants need homes tbey can survive in. This company's good karma is well earned. Bravo.

⭐ Disappointed With After-Sale Support

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Fast Growing Trees. I purchased a tree from them expecting both a healthy plant and reasonable support if something went wrong.

After planting the tree and following the care instructions, the tree started declining and eventually died. I contacted customer service and provided photos showing the condition of the tree, but I did not receive the level of support or resolution I expected.

Buying a tree online is not inexpensive, and good after-sale support is very important, especially when a newly purchased tree fails. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I felt that once the tree was delivered, I was left to deal with the problem on my own.

I would have appreciated Fast Growing Trees standing behind their product and working with me toward a replacement or reasonable resolution. My experience with their after-sale customer service has been disappointing.

I placed several orders with this company and every single plant they sent me died. I took advantage of their “alive and thrive” warranty, but even the replacements followed the same pattern: the plants arrived, I followed the expert advice and guidelines, the plants lived for about a week and then died off. I’ve purchased several different types of plants and I’ve reached out to and spoken with their experts multiple times and still every single item I have purchased from this business has died. I am not a novice when it comes to plant care; I have almost 70 plants in my house and a thriving garden and the only ones that I am having this kind of problem with are the ones I purchased from this nursery. I reached out to the business today to discuss my concerns that this is a possible product defect, or shipping issue and was told that there is nothing further they are willing to do for me other than give me more “advice” should I want to purchase more plants. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this company; please strongly consider whether you want to buy from this nursery.

I don't typically write reviews however this is the worst company ever. They tell you sweet nothings over the phone as if they are going to resolve your problem. They sent a dead tree to my home and expect me to pay for them to send another tree under the warranty. Worst customer service ever.
