Good customer service regarding a delay due to customs

Their customer service staff always got back to me within hours when I used their email contact link. The responses were detailed and they took the time to reply to each question or concern I had. My order took a lot longer to arrive than I expected. It wasn’t their fault but down to import customs in the Netherlands and also in the UK. The product I ordered was a twin gas stove and customs were concerned due to the product description.
The gas stove did finally arrive, it works well and is just the right size for my trips

Don’t buy from this company

Needs to improve on customer communication, goods took longer than estimated delivery date, did not answer live chat or emails.
Finally managed to obtain a telephone number ( no number on their site) got a good response then.

Good morning had my tent up for a few…

Good morning had my tent up for a few days before the rain came on and last night in the wet the tent is not waterproof it is leaking in 3 different parts of the tent so am going to be sending it back soon as can

Do not buy !!!
Where to start. At first, long delivery time, without any indication of ETA, ok, that's fine, is coming from Shanghai, however, first bit of rain and water start coming through every single stitch seam, and not just a little, it felt like having shower inside the tent. Water flooded everything. The seams was covered with strange tape, which just peeled off. Also, there is no proper zip or closer when you drive off, we just tide flap together, leaving a hole in the middle. I will be sending this fake tent back.

Waited more than 3 weeks for a simple pair of gloves that still hasn't arrived.

You wish I'd contacted you about it sooner ???

I've sent you three e mails about this. Each time you send me the same nonsense response you've just sent here. I even asked you to cancel the order and process a refund a week ago and you still haven't. You just sent a response exactly the same as this one below.
