I would give it a zero if possible. I tried to cancel my order 2 weeks before it was shipped and they informed me it was too late and that I could just return it once it arrived. I have now been trying to return the items for a month and they refuse to refund me or give me the return address.

My son chose a new school bag from trendapack because they made a Pokémon deign he liked. After waiting a much longer than expected time for it to arrive my son was extremely disappointed when it broke on day 2. The zipper was faulty and zips came right off so now the bag is unusable. Their customer service is shocking. After reporting the faulty bag and sending them photos they use delay tactics such as tell you "once an update is available we will update you" and they never do. Eventually they say you can have a warranty exchange or refund when they receive the item back but they expect you to pay the international shipping fees. They said ' we are an online business and we are not binded by the normal ruling' and that 'upon check-out, that any returns will be borne by you the customer' and they refuse to do anything to rectify the issue unless I take on extra cost. This company sells poor quality items and are actively lying to customers about consumer laws to stop them from getting their money back. Do not buy from them.

I reviewed their reviews on their website and they appear to be AI generated. I made the mistake of purchasing a backpack from them for my
daughters. I paid for expedited shipping and it took 2 weeks to get to me so I ended up needing to purchase different backpacks from a local retailer. I have been emailing them for a refund and they won’t give me one, the responses are quick, vague, not answering my questions and also appear to be AI generated. At first they said I can’t receive a refund for the backpacks, only for the shipping. I responded with a screenshot of their return policy. Now all they are saying is, “we’ll update you when we get an update.” But won’t let me know what that update is or if I’ll be receiving a refund. This is extremely frustrating and I’m regretting buying through this company.

Placed order on July 26, didn't ship until July 31st, they say. I get that international shipments take longer but don't take my money under the guise that u can meet the shipping deadline. Would not buy again

BEWARE! They took my money, provided me with two different dates the item was “handed to carrier/shipping company. Which was 4 business days after purchase. They Cannot provide name of “carrier” or tracking number. Won’t provide a refund.

Really liking my transparent bag. Normally these fall apart easily, but this one from trendapack is solid!

Comes directly from China so delivering it took a little less than 3 weeks to arrive. We live in United States. Worth the wait.

They have an email they use for customer service, which was helpful for info. I received an email within 24 hours. They are 12 hours ahead of us on USA.

Very worth it for the design and comfortable backpack.

Super cute backpack but product is shipping from Hong Kong so the shipping is going to take longer than you would expect. Was frustrated that there was no contact from the company and thought it was fraud...had canceled the bank card and requested a new one. The backpack showed up today : ). I would order again from them knowing it's going to take a while for the product to arrive.
