I have been a customer for a few years now and one problem that always come up is how long it takes for orders to arrive. From my experience the minimum is 2weeks, which is not good enough in these days of internet. Other than that they have value for money.

I've won two competitions so far with them. First was a beautiful earrings, ring and bracelet set. My necklace was broken at the clasp, I messaged them and they sent a replacement out. Fantastic customer service.

Absolute clowns, firstly my order didn't turn up, after countless emails chasing I told them to forget it, the item turned up eventually and I sent it back, 11 days later I am still waiting for my refund, I'm livid and will never use this company again and will never recommend, I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered

Great deals good quality items and if you have a problem it's dealt with straight away and if a refund is required it's done none of you will have to wait days on end great communication used a good few times
