Good prompt service
Good service, items are fairly low quality, but I suppose that's what's to be expected for the price. Also almost every order I've placed has had an item missing, with a credit paid back, and a good will gesture included. However, it would be good if an item is missing if they put the order on hold and let us know if we want to cancel the order before just crediting that one item. As I only made the order for that one item, and I thought id add a few things on to make the postage worth it. Then that item I placed the order for was missing. This has happened twice.

The Wrong Size!
I ordered a pair of sandals for my partner size three. The invoice that accompanied them stated size 3, but the actual sandals are a size 4. Not very impressed with the service.
