Dripshippers is nothing but a middleman charging a premium for doing almost nothing. They are not a roaster, not a producer, and not adding value — they simply sit between you and two roasters only (Temecula Coffee Roasters and Old Chicago Coffee Roasters) and charge you for access.

The $30 a month fee is borderline criminal for what you actually get. You’re paying just to use their platform, on top of already marked-up coffee, with zero flexibility and zero real benefit. There’s no innovation here, no support for brand growth — just unnecessary fees stacked on top of fees.

Customer support is absolutely awful. Slow responses, vague answers, and no urgency when problems arise. When you need help, good luck — once you’re signed up, you’re pretty much ignored.

This service doesn’t help coffee brands succeed; it taxes them for convenience while offering the bare minimum. If you want real control, better margins, or actual support, you’re far better off working directly with a roaster and cutting this middleman out entirely.

Avoid. Save your money and your sanity.

This was, without question, the most unprofessional and disappointing freelancer experience I’ve had in over a decade of hiring through online platforms.

The work delivered was embarrassingly poor — a rushed, sloppy Shopify mockup that looked like it was thrown together in an afternoon, with broken layouts, distorted images, off-brand colors, and zero attention to detail. It was something I wouldn’t dare present to a team, let alone use as a foundation for a website.

The freelancer missed deadlines, gave vague updates, and when finally pressed, submitted something completely unusable. I ended the contract immediately after seeing the work — it was that bad. Not something you could work with to "iterate" and improve.

They’ve since attempted to claim the work was “complete” and have a pattern of dismissing critical reviews as “fake.” Let me be clear: this is not a fake review. I am a real client, with full documentation, screenshots, and a dispute to back up every word.

As a final red flag, the freelancer attempted to deflect blame by questioning my authority on the project — a move that was not only unprofessional, but blatantly desperate.

Avoid this freelancer. Total waste of time, money, and trust.

I should've read the reviews here before having him redesign my store. He installed an unlicensed version of a theme onto my store, and once emailed, he lied about it and said it was licensed. His design wasn't anything special, and I had to go in and redesign most of our website. The most laughable part about all of this is that he put our website up as proof that he made it. No, you just installed a theme. One hour of work for 1500 is ridiculous. He should be ashamed of himself for bad business practice. He's lucky we are not submitting a chargeback.

I purchased the Shopify Store Redesign package from Trennder and for a while I was really happy with it. However I recently received a DMCA takedown notice from Shopify saying the Trennder theme I purchased had been flagged as an unlicensed copy of the Impulse theme by Archetype Themes. My shop was subsequently shut down and I was told to purchase a licensed theme to get it reopened. I have contacted Trennder support 3 times over email, and again via live Facebook chat (which I can see was read by someone), and received no response.

To Trennder support: this is not an ‘organic’ review, I have provided the Invoice number in the source box under the review and I’ve posted all relevant details below. I’d be more than happy to send you the Shopify takedown notice + proof of purchase a 5th time, so how about responding to my emails and providing some actual customer service instead of copy/ pasting the usual ‘must be a fake review from a competitor’ blurb. People reading this page aren’t fools – if you keep posting the same generic denial to every negative review they start to get an idea of what to expect from your customer support when something goes wrong. You guys dodge responsibility like it’s child support.

The guys at trennder built the site I was always dreaming of, not only they built what I had in mind but also gave me new ideas to make it even better. Shoutout to the logo designer, he did almost 10 revisions until I was happy with the result, sorry about that but I'm a bit picky with details. Keep up with the good service

They totally nailed it. I highly recommend Trennder to anyone looking to improve their store in order to optimize conversion. I didn't leave this review earlier since I wanted to test how much of an improvement the redesign of my shop was, and oh boy this was just magic. My conversion rate increased 2% which is a lot for my business and my average order value is almost double.

Trennder is by far the best agency I have tried, and I have hired a lot of agencies in the past, not even gonna mention fiverr or upwork since those sites are full of scammers.

I had a dropshipping store that was getting traffic but very little sales, I contacted Trennder and they redesigned my shop furevergadgets.com The final result was impressive for the $620 fee since I had previously wasted almost 1k trying to improve my store with freelancers from fiverr. At the beginning I was a bit skeptical since I read some bad reviews here so I contacted Trennder and ask them about it and they told me some other freelancers that see them as competitors started posting fake reviews. Still I was not very convinced so Stephen the project manager allowed me to set up a meeting through Zoom and he cleared all my questions. I was able to pay in two installments so that was a plus, then I was surprised with the final design of my shop, it was amazing and Stephen nailed all requests I had. I highly recommend Trennder and I’m more than happy to leave this review here.

This is a scam company. I have provided all the proof but they keep telling Trustpilot false statements saying I'm a competitor. I am a customer scammed by Trennder - it seems like the negative reviews are the actual real ones even though they’re getting removed.

My company hired Trennder to modify an existing Shopify template and they instead installed their own template and claimed they could make all the changes we wanted to make it look like the template we bought plus do all the changes we needed. We went back and forth with numerous design requests and they did some but ignored others, despite repeat requests for changes. This whole process took over 2 months and they then they became unresponsive to our emails, Facebook messages and their phone (which became disconnected). We demanded a refund and they finally responded and said that it was impossible to make the changes we wanted because of the limitations of Shopify- however we were able to find a developer on a freelancer website who was able to make all the changes we needed to the original template we purchased. We then contacted our credit card company to do a chargeback and they did an investigation and rejected our request. When we requested information on the basis of the rejection they sent us a fraudulent email conversation that Trennder had sent to them supposedly between my co-worker and Trennder that was so contrived it was laughable claiming we were satisfied with their services and that we had signed off on the job. At that time it was too late to be able to re-open the case because too much time had lapsed since the original transaction. Since they committed wire fraud by falsifying the conversation, we submitted our case to the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB, which is pending review. Beware- do not do business with this unethical company.

UPDATE March 2, 2021:
As expected Trennder denies this in their comment on this review. This review is 100% legit and based on genuine experience. You know it and you should be ashamed of yourself!

If it was possible to add screenshots of the emails and messages I've sent to you, I would do it. Unfortunately, this is not possible.

I totally agree with what other mismanaged and disappointed customers of Trennder have written on Trustpilot. The Trennder guys promised to develop a great website according to my requests and their suggestions.

They were way behind their promised schedule of 6-8 business days when they delivered a re-design of the Home page (one page only)!

The delivery was incomplete and several pages were missing. They replied once to my emails and messages, claiming everything had been delivered, which is a big lie. After that, they stopped responding to my messages and emails.

I've requested completeness of the website, but they don't respond. I've requested a refund, but they don't respond.

These guys are cowards, scammers, and fraudsters. They should be taken to court.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST!

Copies of emails were provided to Trustpilot in order to keep this review online and prove that the situation below is 100% true. The emails came directly from Shopify and clearly show the timestamps of when Trennder deleted my product catalog and the store themes I purchased from another vendor.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!! They have missed every single deadline and keep promising my website would be done in a few more days, and its been ONE MONTH RIGHT IN BFCM HOLIDAY SEASON!! It's been an absolute disaster for setting up my marketing campaigns because without a completed website, I can't link emails. Before ordering I spoke with someone and they assured me that they would complete the template I purchased from another site and also give me an alternate site. After at least 3 follow up emails and repeated requests for calls, sending them a full zip folder of images and detailed instructions and examples of the functionality I need the store to have, it has been completely ignored. I'm beyond frustrated and have not been able to move forward with scheduling my promotions. This has been an absolutely terrible experience and I will be disputing this charge for a FULL refund with my credit card company. Don't even bother trying them out, use another service. For a solopreneur who must rely on outside services to get work completed, this is a disaster. I currently have a Squarespace site that I didn't update waiting for them, now I have to backtrack and revise that website myself because my shopify site was never completed. I'm so deeply disappointed I cannot even say... my plans to apply to grants for women of color have all been pushed back. Just don't purchase from them.

UPDATE 2022: When I disputed the charge on my credit card, Trennder presented FAKE EMAILS TO MY BANK in an attempt to force me to pay them. Once I presented all of my verifiable evidence of emails, timestamps and Shopify logins, the bank returned my payment. The only way to press charges was to go to Lauderhill Florida police department in person which I was not able to do. If this happens to you, they can be sued under Florida's cybercrime laws.

The customer service is very responsive and met the deadlines. They gave a free review on the website and inform where are the weaknesses on the website. They make my website very professional and user friendly.

Trennder completely transformed our site and made it look engaging and professional. They presented our products beautifully and in an organized manner. We're very happy with their improvements and would recommend them!

Trennder support team really took the time to make sure my storefront was exactly how I wanted it, they answered all of my questions and made sure to satisfy me!

Stephen did a good job at creating my website, took a little longer than expected but that's normal, you going to want to make changes to the first few drafts. I was happy with it in the end. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at website design. I'm a very attention to detail person and a little OCD haha... but stephen was very patient with me throughout the whole process.
I would recommend Trennder and would use them again.
For anyone who's considering using Trennder, go for it. My only advice is to give Stephen as much details as possible from the very beginning to let him know exactly what you want. Look at other website and give him something to model. Also keep in mind that he's in the US, sometimes replies can take a bit longer if there's huge time difference.

They did an awesome redesign of my store and provided support even after the service was delivered. I recommend their service.
