I'm delighted with how quickly you responded to a note I opened. I opened a ticket and in less than 5 minutes they called me. Despite the language barrier, and my English not being very good, the attendant was patient. He was able to help me solve the problem.

Major scam!!!
I worked with Trenovia for more than a month and while my financial advisor (FA) seemed knowledgeable, the process was NOT transparent. The only way to reach them was via email. Every time they called me, it was from a different random phone number in my country. They advertise that all you need is $250. That initial deposit grew exponentially on the screen and gave me faith in this platform. Then at one point my FA said he could no longer work with me unless I put in more money. When I wanted to withdraw any money there was always a reason as to why that was not possible, that I would have to pay more first... pay to open a cold wallet, pay for crypto recovery, for security deposits, gas fees, transaction fees, conversion fees... it seemed never-ending. I'm now up to more than $40,000. Still no return.
My initial FA, transferred my file to an Account Manager. Both of them have called me rude at one point or another... for asking too many Q's, or the same Q too many times as I grappled to understand something very new to me. I've been called a lot of things in my life but rude has never been one of them. Thankfully I have emails and recordings of our phone conversations.

Here's the latest, after NDAX told me that "Based on the information you provided, it seems like you're dealing with an unaffiliated third-party broker/dealer"...

My account manager's response was "Your brain is all right?
I'm telling you Ndax isn't the company that sent the funds.
It's trust wallet !!!!
Anyway the leverage has to be paid, if you dont know who is IMF do your research.
I did the part of my job, deal with it and solve it as seem you can't have a proper conversation."

And from Trust Wallet...
"If you've already sent funds, unfortunately, these transactions are irreversible"

Scam, took money from my father and kept asking for more money. They directed him to use his bank account to purchase crypto which then was used to buy stocks. Unable to withdraw any of the over inflated profits that his accounts were showing. My father is old and they took advantage of him. To me immediately, the website looks fake. To him it was very real.

For me, trust and transparency between a company and its clients really matter — no hidden agendas. And I can honestly say, that’s exactly what I’ve found here.
