When you reached out regarding the VIP membership, we responded and canceled the membership and refunded it for you. We also provided information explaining how customers can select the “Guest” option instead of “Tres VIP” in the cart when placing an order without the membership.
We completely understand that the membership option may not have been what you wanted, which is why we honored your request and processed the cancellation and refund. Your membership is no longer active, and there will be no future monthly membership charges.

Wouldn’t recommend the double plated name, charms…
I bought many pieces of jewelry from here and I never have any problems with the chains ,the rings ,it’s the double plated charms they always seem to tarnish and I bought several of them it’s different people wearing them different ages but it’s always the same result after about nine months or so I have purchased other necklaces that are just the thin nameplate and it’s been a couple years and they’re still perfectly fine just as beautiful as the first day definitely recommend Tres they do have beautiful pieces and who knows maybe I just got a bad batch of double plated name charms (obviously these were the gold plated, not the real gold or silver that the site offers)
