Absolutely wonderful experience very easy to do and took a lot of this stress off of trying to prepare a thoughtful and meaningful gift for my husband 60th birthday would highly recommend my husband absolutely loved it

The instructions were easy to follow, and the customer service (when I had a few questions) was excellent, timely and very helpful.

It was easy to enter information, send out a link, and see what the response was. When it came time to edit, it was quick and easy, and when I put in a request, it was handled quickly and exactly what I wanted. Great way to honor someone.

This was a tribute for my mom’s 80th Birthday. We had a small party for her and watched the whole tribute that was 34 mins long. The final tribute turned out really well and people were so moved, my Dad was in tears. The only thing that was difficult was communication with the team at Tribute. Sometimes what they were seeing and what I was seeing was different, and the platform could be confusing. It was easiest to add photos for the Tribute from my phone, but that was a little clunky in that I could only upload 5, then I had to go back to the beginning and add my email again and again; granted could’ve been my lack of technical skills, but I don’t think it would be doable by seniors. In the end I was really happy with it and would do one again in the future!

There was zero help and communication which was very stressful. I honestly don’t think that there is a human involved in this process. Question emails bounced back as undeliverable. In replies to questions from the concierge, I was told to contact a different email address that has an error in it. It’s a different company. That being said, the process for people to record videos was easy and the finished product is nice.

I can’t say enough about this company. They are easy to work with, responsive and ready to help. My dad’s tribute was a big hit at his 80th birthday. Highly recommend Tribute. !!! Will use again!

Easy to manage, simple for all to participate. The pricing is fair. I was surprised with the editing support that came along with the video.

I needed a way to collect video birthday greetings for my dad’s 80th. The challenge was 1) These people were all over the country, 2) Many were older and not “Tech Savvy”, 3) I did not have any email addresses. After some research I decided to try Tribute and I was really glad I did. Setting up my account was easy, and while the app is certainly designed for an all digital experience, Tribute also provided a URL for my project that I was able to include in my invitation letter. Within a few days I received a notice that a video had been submitted. And wouldn’t you know, it was our neighbor from 1969 - she’s now in her mid 90’s!!! So to say this is easy is an understatement. Fast forward 2 weeks. I had nearly 30 videos to work with. The editing tools are basic but effective, and once I got the hang of it I was in heavy creative mode. I’m a wanna be filmmaker and a perfectionist so it took just a few hours - you can do it much more quickly - and I had an awesome Tribute to preview. After I submitted my work it only took a few minutes to receive the fully rendered file. We showed my Tribute at Dads party and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Can anyone say “Oscar?” Lol. Try Tribute - you won’t be disappointed.

I paid $99 for the concierge service and the video came through with multiple duplicate messages, and one that was sideways. I had expected that by paying extra this would not be the case.

The whole experience was really great - I’d say four and a half stars if I could.
Using the concierge option saved me for sure - leaving me to encourage folks to make their videos and leaving the final organizing to the tribute team. My only issues were sorting out the final invoicing and most of that was due to misunderstanding that got sorted. So thanks for all the help and your patience talking me through the whole process.

Site is clunky. Reverts to the same steps (name, email, dob, etc) after a BRIEF period of inactivity AND at every change or re-recording of a video. Instructions/directions are poor. Site assumes a fluency with its use and clearly was not tested against diverse user populations. The concept of Tribute.co is great. But the execution of it is very weak.

Super easy to use! I also appreciate that the reminders were managed to those who I invited for the video tribute.

Small arrangement for premium. I feel ripped off. Paid $330 for minimal

Great idea--would be even better if there was a specific person assigned to each video account. The system is not foolproof or always intuitive, but e-mails are answered by the Tribute team. Motivating people to record a video can be burdensome, but once the videos and photos are uploaded and organized, this makes a priceless presentation/gift for the recipient. Would DEFINITELY do again!

Not what I expected…Those I invited to create tributes had too many upload issues. Most had to send their video to me to upload which was very time-consuming. When I had questions it took a while to get a response from support. All in all it wasn’t the greatest experience, unfortunately

I think the initial explanation could be more clear and precise for people who have had no experience with Tribute

It made it easy for invitees to participate. Also allowed me to take their video and upload for them when they couldn't get to it.
Editing was easy.

I did find it a little challenging since it's my first time hosting to find the view videos and edit page.

The concierge was very helpful and quick to respond! The system of sending reminders was easy. I will use Tribute again.

I was looking for a meaningful gift that would be sure to touch their heart and have real meaning and this is it! My recipients laughed and cried and then they watched it again and again. The Tribute process was simple and the response from the support team was friendly and fast. I highly recommend Tribute and would absolutely use them again.
