Bukola was very helpful and professional. I am satisfied with the support given to me .
Thank you 🙏

It's been good, the staff have been very accommodating. The staff have been quite accessible and helpful.

I contacted April to help resolve the issue I was facing and it was done swiftly.

April has been great help with assisting and clarifying how I need to work with my teammates and the way in which work needs to be done.

When I’ve had questions about working with my teammates, she has clarified it well and is always getting back to me promptly with directions.

The staff team are well coordinated and very helpful , they make the whole onboarding process so simple that a layman will surely understand it. I will surely recommend them.

I'm happy with the prompt response from Bukola. She's an amazing person. Helped me resolve issues with assigned class in no time.

It’s been a good experience so far and also been able to get a prompt responses from my cohort manager about any questions I have.

I have a negative experience with this organisation, and here's why:

I paid for one of the training sessions they offer, but upon receiving the timetable, I realised it did not align with my established routine, so I decided to withdraw from the program and immediately requested a refund. However, when I submitted my refund request, I was informed that it would take thirty days to process. Of course, I had no choice but to agree to this timeline.

Today is the 34th day, and I have still not received my refund. The responses I've received have been that they are working on it.

I was initially frustrated by their lack of flexibility with the course timetable, but this is appalling and needs urgent attention.

A nice academy that sets you on track on the best career path for you. Excellent coaches and mentors. Equally offers an opportunity for internship that gives you a hands-on experience to get your dream job afterwards. The support is amazing too. I appreciate the guidance received from Lekan in getting started and choosing my preferred course.

Excellent Customer Service

I had issues with my TDL login and Divine was able to help me out it within 10mins response. Thank you Tritek

Oyebola was apt and on hand in guiding me through the TDL and Basecamp. She is a born tutor as she followed/walked me through the process till I actualized the goal. Thanks dear for being there for me.

It was great

I enjoy studying on tritek. A good interactive environment for learning. Kudos to my teachers. Mr Lekan and the team are so supportive.
Well done everyone

They couldn’t provide the service needed then refund was requested, only to be told things that were not mentioned before I paid. No company without intention of bringing fraudulent does that.refund process is taking forever with poor response from staff

Tritek is where students are equipped with practical knowledge and professional skills through quality training and development programmes.

Thanks greatly

I really want to appreciate you Bukola for how well you handled my query this morning with so much calmness, empathy and professionalism. Keep up the good work!!

The lecturing has been very good. The staffs are well coordinated and helpful when issues are raised.
One Divine Onosetale who happens to be the manager of this batch has been exceptionally phenomenal in the way she ensure everyone is attended to.
Tritek truly cares about our improvement.

I had a great onboarding experience at Tritek Academy thanks to April. She was very supportive, professional, and quick to assist when I had issues joining the group. I truly appreciate all her help and guidance throughout the process.

My experience has been great with the cohort leader Oyebola always responding to me. I have contacted Bolaji Emmanuel on my Power BI challenges and he has been very hepful.
The materials online come in handy for me as I can rewatch to understand better.
