I got a very timely support from Bukola at Tritek. I needed to defer my course and she promptly made it happen.

The programs offered are also very empowering.

A big thanks to Divine on her swift response despite messaging late, it didn’t end there, she took her time to put me through the clarifications I was trying to get, I even did a video to send what I was seeing on my screen and she responded calmly. Her patience was top notch. I haven’t started learning the course I’m here for but I’ve learnt how to be receptive, and gained real customers priority service. Thanks a lot.

I want to sincerely thank Tritek for having a person of Bukola in her team. She has been exceptional each time I ran into any challenge. The last one is when I couldn’t meet up with the pre work assessment as scheduled!!! When she knew of this, she encouraged and detailed the reasons why I should try and meet up with the timeline without loosing hope. Though I insisted I couldn’t do so because I needed more time to be able to understand what’s needed to be done. Bukola’s skilfully encouraged me, that I can make it if only I can begin the journey immensely without waiting any longer… this persistency, inspired me to start up the process and within a day, I was able to complete the assessment and scored 87%.
