Good value, great customer care
I'm a repeat customer of Trophies Plus because their bespoke medals can be turned around quickly which suits my small event and I can minimise waste. This year I let time get away from me and I ordered late putting the delivery date potentially after the event. I got in touch with customer service who were very quick to respond and offer to expedite the order and upgrade delivery for a reasonable cost.

Engraving disappointment.
Cost was good, delivery time accurate. But really disappointed that the aligned engraving I selected, did lay out as I had intended using their software. Due to the deadline, I did not have the time to complain or re order.

The trophy was very disappointing
The trophy was very disappointing, round image looked very cheap as if it is a glued in sticker. Trophy heavy in weight but very small and I wouldn’t use this for an awards evening!
Postage expensive and no opportunity to get samples before purchasing a large order.
I would not recommend using this company.

Outstanding Customer Service
We ordered 3 items, 2 arrived with no problem, earlier than expected.
The third one was not delivered because the shipping agent decided it was a good idea to deliver to a business at 9.30pm on a Saturday, or after working hours on a Monday! We contacted Trophies Plus Medals and their customer service was excellent. They arranged for another award to be made and shipped in under 24 hours which meant we got the item in time for our awards ceremony. It is such a nice surprise to get excellent and quick customer service, and a response from a real person. :)
