I can’t recommend Trudental more highly. The dentists are so experienced, flexible, professional and quick too! Ammar the Patient Care Manager is outstanding at his job, translating and interpreting, and more importantly, he says he tries to understand the patient’s point of view, and then advocates for them. This he does brilliantly ( he deserves a pay rise and free dental treatment for life!). Meanwhile Laurence oversees everything in a friendly and thorough manner, with messages and video check ins etc.I ended up needing more treatment than I expected, but in no way was any treatment forced on me, it was all done with great care and respect. I am delighted with the service my daughter and I have received. We were worried re the Iran conflict, but that is far far away, and Istanbul feels very safe ( safer than London). And Istanbul is a fabulous city to explore, even when your teeth are a bit sore!

I had a really lovely recent trip to Istanbul to Trudental. Despite on going conflict in neighbouring countries the city feels very safe and everything is calm and relaxed. The Staff at trudental were very experienced and instantly put me at ease during all of my treatments including one implant and two root canals. Ammar was very helpful and made sure everything was made very clear and that I understood what was going on. He also made sure everything ran very smoothly from hotel transfers to organising appointments. He answered all are questions and was very attentive. Overall a fantastic service!

I was so overwhelmed trying to find a trustworthy dentist in Istanbul for some complex Dental Work the NHS in the UK could not provide.

I found Trudental myself through a massive research online, I’ve decided to give them a try after talking with Laurence on the phone, best decision ever. I had to come to Istanbul 3 times as per I had a complex dental work to be done, of course it wasn’t so easy, especially mentally (you have to be prepared for it) but fortunately for me Laurence and his team always encouraged me and keep me in a positive mindset. I travelled with my family and Laurence was very supportive about this ,not every company accepts this kind of situation. I had a great experience, I had time as well to explore the areas of Istanbul, the hotel staff were amazingly friendly so overall I will definitely recommend this company.

I am on the first trip of three for my extensive dental work, including sinus lift, bone graft, implants and crowns/bridges. I’ve needed dental work for so long and it’s been prohibitively expensive for me in the UK. Dental treatment abroad always felt like a big risk, but having Trudental Tourism recommended to me, I decided to be brave! Cannot fault the treatment and guidance I’ve received. I travelled with family and trudental looked after us from collection at the airport, throughout our time here, answering all our questions from treatment to tourist sites. Ammar has been so supportive and kind. Laurence never seems to sleep as he always replies to any questions immediately! There have been changes to the initial dental plan, which I had been warned may occur, and I have been involved and informed at every step. The dentist was quick and painless. The dental nurses kind and compassionate. Actually looking forward to the next stage of the treatment.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and 2 of them were impacted (more complex procedure). I couldn’t believe how quick and painless it was, with the usual bruising afterwards. I had great support from Ammar, making sure I could find the dentist and had all the correct medication needed, and even recommending places to visit while I was there. I booked the hotel through the company and I was glad I did because it was good value for money, huge bed and they had everything you needed. They even gave me ice packs to keep the swelling down. Everything was well organised thanks to Laurence, Ammar and the team. I was glad to also have the x rays from before and after emailed to me. I’ve had a dentist check-in back in England since and they agree the procedure was completed well and has healed nicely. Overall, a really great trip and saved some money booking with Trudental. I was especially grateful for the communication and advice throughout, and even after I returned home they made sure to check in and send photos to the dentist to check everything continued to heal well.

I was introduced to TruDental through a friend who had used them previously and was extremely happy. After my bridge fell out after 25 years, and to avoid the extortionate dental prices here in London, I contacted Laurence to explore my options.
From our first conversation, I felt completely at ease. Laurence explained everything clearly and took the time to address every doubt and concern I had. Before my first trip to the dentist, the process was explained thoroughly, so I knew exactly what to expect.

Ammar met me the following morning, explained how everything would go, and escorted me to the dentist. I had 7 extractions, 6 implants, and a bone graft, so you can imagine how nerve-wracking it was. However, the whole experience was made so much easier because I felt genuinely supported and taken care of by the TruDental team.
I began treatment in July 2025 for the extractions, implants, and bone graft, then returned in January 2026 once everything had healed to complete the remainder of the work. I’m now back home with lovely, perfect — and most importantly, natural-looking — teeth.

I have had implants, bone graft and crowns done with TruDental over the last year and highly recommend using them for dental work. Airport transfers were easy and smooth and I was accompanied to each appointment by the lovely Amaar.

My partner and I got back a couple of weeks ago from our second trip to Istanbul for the fitting of our implants. I had a full mouth restoration, and my partner had 5 implants and a root canal on his back teeth.

The service, communication, explanations and support have been first class from day one, and any questions or queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Laurence, Kateeja and the dental team. The hotel was great - friendly, helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms, with a nice bar/restaurant downstairs to hang out in if you don’t quite feel up to exploring further afield after dentistry.

Kateeja accompanied us to all the dental appointments a short walk from the hotel, and offered us all the information and support we needed throughout. She was kind and genuine and checked on us regularly when we were recovering, as well as helping us enjoy the city. She paid attention to detail, like making sure our appointments were together so that we had time to go out and explore. The dental team were friendly and professional with state-of-the-art equipment.

On both visits we made the most of the opportunity to extend our stay to enjoy Istanbul and explore further into Turkey, both were enchanting, and the second visit was made better by having got the hang of the transport system and general layout of Istanbul on our first visit. Istanbul’s transport system is excellent and cheap which makes exploring the city easy and fun!

Laurence made sure we had some time out from dentistry and booked us a boat cruise on the Bosphorus and a Turkish hammam, both of which were really enjoyable.

Despite being nerve-wracking at the beginning, the whole experience was made so much better by relaxing into the feeling of being supported and taken care of by the TruDental team. They cover everything except flights and food, so all you have to think about is your dental process and recovery. Having a full mouth restoration was an overwhelming thought at the beginning, but being supported every step of the way made it much less daunting than if I’d had to organise everything myself, in a country where I don’t speak the language.

Now, at the other end of the journey, we’re both delighted with our new teeth, not just the natural look, but also the return to proper chewing which makes food and eating a wonderful experience again!

If you’re thinking about doing something about major dental treatment, consider 1) going with TruDental for their excellent support, care and value-for-money, 2) go with a friend or family member as it’s inexpensive to have a second person in your hotel room, and 3) spend some of the money you’re saving on dentistry taking a holiday to enjoy Istanbul.

For the dental work we’d been dreading, we couldn’t have chosen better than TruDental.

'Like many people I used to have reservations about going abroad for dental treatment. Next stop was Istanbul where I was collected from the airport in a spacious limo and taken to the hotel.

The clinic was reassuringly impressive, more like a hotel than a hospital. I had X-rays, a plan was made, and the sad remains of my upper teeth were removed and implants placed with surprisingly little discomfort and no pain. In the following days the lower jaw got the same treatment and the implants were capped.

At the end of the week I was returned to the airport for a four-month wait before phase two. The fitting of the new teeth was preceded by several appointments to ensure I ended up with 24 teeth that looked and worked like the originals. I chose a natural colour, and I’m glad I did.

The cabs to and from the airport and the hotel accommodation were included in the final bill. The work was spread over four days and the transformation from toothless to youthful was astonishing.

I am now becoming used to my new teeth, which have excited universal applause. The novelty of eating apples again may never leave me. For not much more money than my brother spent on three implants in the UK, I have 24 teeth'.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the start, booking my appointment was a breeze. Their online system is user-friendly and straightforward, making it incredibly easy to find a time that worked for me. I also had the option to call, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was booked smoothly.

I shall be returning in October to have the crowns fitted.

We recently had an amazing experience with Trudental Tourism Turkey, where my mom underwent a couple of dental implants — and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the very beginning, their team was highly professional, kind, and reassuring. They guided us through the entire process with great attention to detail — from the initial consultation and treatment planning to post-operative care. I'm really glad I had my dental treatment in Istanbul with Trudental. It was a really good process and experience. I felt relaxed and at ease with Laurence instantly through our initial communications and felt I could trust him to provide my treatment and trip conscientiously and ethically.
All the stages worked well and were positive. He gave me an estimate of what work was needed and the pricing in advance, based on photos so I had an idea of what to expect.
He booked my hotel, arranged for my pickup from the airport to the hotel; which is only 5 minutes walk from the dentist.
Sharon the American nurse came to meet me the following morning and explained how everything would go, and walked with me to the dentist. She guided me through the whole process and stayed with me through every stage.
The assessment based on the x-ray was different to what I expected and I needed more work, but because she explained it based on the images, I understood that they were recommending what was best for me in the long term. So I went with the proposal. All the work (extractions and implants) was done that morning.
Sharon then took me back to the hotel with all the medications I needed to recover and heal without pain. (My friend was with me too and very supportive).
I rested overnight, got checked up on at the dentist the following day, and was able to go sightseeing in the city the next 2 days.
Sharon and Laurence were always available on whatsapp to answer any questions or concerns and provide any extra support I needed.
I look forward to going back in a few months to get the teeth (crowns) added and finally get my smile and chewability back!
And I look forward to seeing more of Istanbul in the summer.

Fantastic company. Laurence and Sharon and all of the dental staff in Istanbul were amazing. A lot cheaper than having the work done in the UK and, in my opinion, better quality. Would 100% recommend Trudental.

I visited the TruDental dentists for deep cleaning and whitening treatment and a consultation to check my teeth.
At all stages communication has been fantastic and the prices are very good, especially compared to anything in the UK.
Having Lawrence easily, and responsively, contactable and Sharon on site, removed any concerns about communication issues with the dentists - although the dentist I saw did also speak English. It certainly removed some of the pre-visit concern about getting medical work done in a foreign country with a potentially significant language barrier.
As for the experience itself - perfect. It was pain free, efficient, professional and fundamentally a pleasurable process - and now my teeth are cleaner and whiter than they’ve been in a very, very long time. In short every bit as good as anything you’d find in a dental clinic in Europe.
As part of the consultation, a cracked tooth of mine was discussed and a recommended treatment plan put in place. At no point did it feel like a hard sell and it was left entirely up to me as to whether I want to proceed or not.
Needless to say, after such a good first experience, I’ll be going in for an extraction and implant to correct the issue. I’ll update or add a new review once this is completed.

Laurence arranged everything for me I just had to book flights making the whole process easy. The hotel has been great and staff so helpful especially when needed ice packs. I've recently returned from having treatment with Trudental in Istanbul. I was pretty anxious, I'd describe myself as 'risk averse', but it was a painless, even enjoyable experience! I was initially looking for treatment for my partner who needed a whole mouth restoration but could not find a dentist. A friend told him she’d been for treatment with Trudental and was really happy with the result.

We studied the Trudental website and were reassured by their reviews. We arranged a call with Laurence and after talking about J’s needs I also asked about getting my denture replaced as I'd lost my two front teeth in a bike accident years ago. We sent photos of our mouths and a couple of days later we received provisional treatment plans. The quotes from Trudental were about 20% of the cost of the same treatments in the UK, but hotel accommodation, breakfasts, airport transfers, support from Trudental staff and even some entertainment was included in the price. A week later, after some more research, we booked our flights.

From the moment we landed on Monday evening, we were really well looked after. Laurence was in constant communication with us. The limo was lovely, really comfortable and the drinks and snacks were much appreciated. Trudental had booked us into Blisstanbul Hotel, we had a good sized room, very clean, with comfortable beds and in a convenient location to explore fascinating Istanbul.

On Tuesday morning, after breakfast, nurse Sharon took us on a short walk to the clinic where we were greeted by the friendly staff. 360 degree X-rays established the best treatment for our individual cases. The facilities were clean, comfortable and high tech. J's treatment plan was much as initially proposed, he did need a sinus lift and a few cc of bone grafts which sound scary but turned out to not be a big deal. On this visit he was to have extractions, implants and a temporary denture. My bone wasn't sufficient for implants, so the best approach for structure, function and aesthetics was for crowns and a bridge, to be completed on this visit. Laurence sent us our slightly revised treatment plans and costs and Sharon made sure we understood the procedures and were happy to go ahead.

Our dentist was very quick, gentle, thorough, kind and patient. After J’s 90 minutes of treatment we took him back to the hotel, via the pharmacy, where Sharon got the antibiotics, painkillers and medicated mouthwash he needed. While he slept my teeth were prepared for the crowns, which only took 40 minutes. The dentist adjusted my denture so I could still wear it while the bridge and crowns were being made.

Thursday was first fittings, my new teeth were a little bit bright. The clinic said they'd darken them a shade overnight. J was given a check up. Laurence had booked us a complimentary dinner cruise on the Bosporus for that evening, we were picked up in a very plush minibus and driven through the city. The cruise was cheesy but fun.

Friday lunchtime I had my crowns and bridge fitted, I was very happy with the result. J collected his temporary dentures. Our driver picked us up mid-afternoon, giving us time to get through the airport and onto the plane home. We met an English couple who had quite a different experience of Turkey, we realised that having the whole trip organised by Trudental had saved us a lot of expense and difficulty.

We've come home buzzing, I hadn't realised how much my teeth were affecting my confidence but now I open my mouth when I smile. My friends tell me they look fantastic and totally natural. We go back in March for the second and final part of J's treatment and we are already looking forward to it. Laurence has checked in with us several times since our return to make sure J is healing up OK, which he is, and that I’m happy with my new teeth. We feel very well looked after by Trudental and everyone they work with. I had been doubtful that a trip to the dentist could also be a holiday but it was a really enjoyable experience!

Lawrence was very helpful throughout. He explained everything. Everything was organised for me including the hotel and airport pick up . He even sent links to flights. Sharon accompanied me and my mother to the clinic on every appointment and was helpful and reassuring.the surgeons were very professional . I was nervous about the idea of having dental implants but some of my friends had extensive dental work with Trudental Tourism and all were delighted .
