Fraud.
They make unauthorized bank charges and then tell you they'll refund your money in 30-45 days. They capture credit card information to make unauthorized charges. I finally canceled my credit card and filed a police report.
The charges are made from the city of Prague in the Czech Republic.

I have repeatedly contacted this company over the past three weeks requesting the cancellation of my order and asking them to stop attempting to charge my card. Despite multiple attempts, I have received no meaningful response—only automated emails about “payment issues.”

My card issuer has already flagged these transactions as potentially fraudulent and has warned that any successful charge will immediately result in a chargeback. I have clearly communicated this to the company, yet they continue their attempts.

For clarity, this card is now in the process of being permanently closed, so any further attempts to charge it are not only unauthorized but pointless. The complete lack of customer support, combined with persistent payment attempts and no resolution, is extremely concerning.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

They’re scammers. They steal your money. I made a purchase more than a month ago and paid extra for fast shipping. A few days later, when I saw that my order still wasn’t being processed, I contacted them saying I wanted to cancel because I wasn’t interested anymore—I really needed it urgently and had paid the extra fee for speed.
They quickly sent me an email saying my order had already been shipped, with a tracking code and everything… but it was a lie, the tracking didn’t work at all. I got really angry and told them I was going to report them and demanded a full refund. They said they had already made a bank transfer and that it would take 15 days to reach my account.
After the 15 days passed and nothing arrived, I contacted them again. They claimed there had been an error and that they had now made the transfer again. Another 15 days have gone by and—of course—it’s a lie. They just keep the money. They’re straight-up scammers and I’m going to report them.
I already called my bank. I sent them all the documentation they asked for—emails, everything—and I’m in the process of filing a formal complaint.
