TruGreen - Maplewood Bewertungen 3

TruGreen billed me for services outside the 1 year contract. The reason they gave for not performing the services during the contract period was the weather. Performing the services after the contract ended created over $300 in charges.
I was informed there would be charges, I thought they were simply rescheduling to do the promised lawn care.
There was absolutely no way to get beyond customer service to reach any intelligent life.
They said it was in the small print that once the contract ends, it doesn't matter if Trugreen fulfilled the 7 visits during the year or not.
Absolutely would NOT recommend.
Plus the lawn looked no better and crab grass seems to have spread even further.
HORRIBLE company.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is by far the worst service both lawn wise and customer service!! We of course prepaid for 6 applications. The first 2 were done but the middle 2 were not. We called customer service several times to say the last 2 were not done. My husband works from home, and he said they never came. There was never a sign put in our lawn or paper copy in our door even though we requested that several times. The biggest way you know they didn't come is the weeds in our lawn!! They are horrible!! At first, we called to get our money back for the 2 applications they said they did but didn't. They agreed. They tried to keep us and kept saying we will be out to do the applications that were not done in 48 hours. They Never came. We Call again. They Never came. We Call again for the 3rd time and the same story, someone will be out in 48 hours. That has been well over a month and still no application to make up for what was not done plus still no refund. They keep saying the refund should show up in 7 to 10 days. At this point we cancelled our upcoming 2 applications. They agreed to refund us for the 2 that were said they were done but weren't and the upcoming 2. Still no refund even again after the 10 days. We call once again and of course they only have record of a refund for the 2 upcoming that we cancelled because of the horrible service. We still have not a received a refund of any sort!! I sure wish I would have read the reviews before I got their service. Next year I will go with Spring Touch! Plus I am not the type to write a bad review at all. This shows how horrible and Deceitful True Green is!!

This company send me to a collection agency when i told them i need manager or someone in charge to call me. The telephone operator works from home. And cannot assist you. The company just want to spread chemical. When i complain about the weeds they just send someone to add more chemicals. Dont use them there is no customer service and all they do is poison you. Trugreen. Trully despicable.
