Current and New Customers Beware!!
A driver caused significant damaged to our brand new camper on our property by backing into it and left without informing us- even picked up the pieces of the broken clearance light from the truck in an attempt to hide the evidence.
WE were understanding about the situation and were told to get an estimate for the damage. Once TruGreen received the estimate they decided to send their own appraiser which shockingly came back much less than the estimate from the company that is going to be doing the repair. We didn't buy our camper at a discount shop so why would we take it to one for the repair. Our claim has been poorly handled by their claims department and we have been completely inconvenienced by this situation causing more stress and time than it it worth - again given that we were not at fault in any of this!! Now we are left with trying to figure out how to pay a significant amount of the remaining balance of the damage. Even a small amount to cover is not an acceptable amount to cover given that this situation should not have happened in the first place. IN addition ---- Damage repairs typically take a few weeks so we will be without our camper on our property which does serve a purpose to us and they do not have the courtesy to take that into consideration either. A complete disaster of a company! Not about customer service and questionable training of their employees should raise many red flags!
