Poor at best salespeople
Poor at best salespeople. Kind of glad this fell through especially after reading these really bad reviews. I initially went online to get a quote. A couple of days later, a salesman just shows up unannounced to my house which I didn't like. I was at work, so we scheduled a time to talk later (via my ring camera). During the follow up call he gives me a rough price and asks to meet in person. We scheduled a date and time so I made sure I was home. Was home all day and guess what, sales rep never showed up. What a complete waste of my time. If you can't show up for our first meeting, how am I supposed to trust than anyone will show up for my lawn treatments. Basically, emailed the sales rep asking about our appointment and that I was no longer interested and picked another company who actually cares. Never got a response back with apology or anything. Just moving on to the next sucker I guess.
