Working with the group at Truoba made the home design process easy. Over the course of our plan development we had requested many changes and each time they were made quickly and issues we may not have anticipated pointed out. I would strongly recommend Truoba for home plans.

Ignas and Vaida were great to work with. We made several alterations, even changing our minds a couple times and they made all the changes we requested. The turn around time for each change was 24-72 hours on their end. We took longer to consider things we wanted than they took to accommodate us.
Our plans for the Truoba mini 615 were approved on the first submittal in Lake County, Oregon, USA.
We would not hesitate to call on them again.

Ignas and his team worked with us every step of the way to expand upon one of their house designs. From the first step onward, they were dedicated to incorporating what we were looking for and blending it with a tasteful, simple and beautiful aesthetic. Such a rewarding experience! Ignas and his team were wonderful to work with. We based our plan on 218, but had HOA restrictions (roof pitch) and a sloped lot. I also had changes I wanted to the floor plan. Ignas took all my requests seriously and created a floor plan I love. He was patient and responsive. The turnaround time was very quick. We just broke ground recently and I couldn’t be more excited to see our dream home come to life.

After spending months searching for a home design, I found Truoba. Their designs are clean and modern! Just what I had in mind. Their website is very easy to navigate and Ignas and the staff have been very helpful with the whole permit process. They have great customer service and are always willing to help and/or give their suggestions. Currently in the permit process of my home but I am already thinking about other designs from Truoba that I would love to use in the future.

Ignas and the Truoba team have been nothing less than professional. In a world where contractors, builders and designers are all too busy to offer even the courtesy of a reply, Ignas was always quick to get back to us and would even reach out from time to time to check on our design modification status and ask if we needed anything else. I would highly recommend Ignas in particular and Truoba as a company to anyone looking for clean, modern architectural design ideas and the support to modify those designs into something that is even closer to your vision if needed. They also worked seamlessly with our engineers since we were using Insulated Concrete forms and needed an engineer's stamp of approval.

We are finally in the process of building a new house, and of course we were looking for the “right” plan. As soon as we saw the TRUBA web site we knew we would find our dream house. There were a few plans that we really liked and we settled on one that would best fit our property. Of course there were a small number of changes that we were interested in. Ignas was a perfect partner. He made the changes and provided updates quickly. He was flexible with the design and the building materials and answered our many questions. Delivery of the final building plans was within a week of our last change, which is very quick in these demanding times. Ignas continues to support us and make changes as needed. We are about to break ground and feel very lucky to have found TRUBA and Ignas as our architect.

Ignas and his team have been awesome to work with. Communication has been very timely and revisions made very quickly. We are building close to the Gulf of Mexico and our engineer requested the drawing set be changed to ICF construction. The Truoba team handled it quickly along with my random changes and requests. Ignas is an awesome person to have our your team and his designs are beautiful. We will be building the 320 home and purchased the plans before we had a lot. This allowed our lot search to to be tailored to our home. I look forward to sharing photos as we progress.

Fantastic experience! I loved working with Ignas on creating my dream design. I love Trouba and their flexibility- I started with a ready design and with Ignas’ help was able to tweak it to what I was imagining. Even the ready designs, stand out - they are creative, clean, uncluttered and very functional. Most of all I love that all of them have tons of natural light! We are very happy with Truoba’s services. They were very prompt and accommodating despite a few design changes on our part. Communication was clear and easy. Our engineer made a few changes due to snow loads etc. here in Canada and Ignas immediately redrew the plans with the new specs. We weren't too sure when we first engaged Truoba to design our forever home because it was online. After several conversations, we decided to pull the trigger. Not only did we feel comfortable paying for the plans because of all the initial groundwork that had been laid, but we were never left not knowing what was happening. The communication was spectacular and after all, that is what keeps us moving, right? My experience with Truoba was a positive one. The plans are thorough, communication was professional, and delivery of revisions were timely.

We haven’t started construction just yet, but we did just receive the permit from the building department. Truoba made quick updates (at no additional charge) in response to our builder and building department.

Overall my experience has been great.

By luck, I found Truoba online when looking for “cabin” ideas. The small (square footage wise) and unique/beautiful designs automatically stuck out to me. After an initial conversation and then email with the architect, Ignas, I knew I wanted to purchase one of the designs. Within about a week or so, Ignas was able to customize the Truoba mini 615 - for only a slight increase in price! - and completely make it my own. Ignas guided me throughout the process by expanding upon my ideas and giving me several options, which I didn’t even think about until working with him. Ignas is a master of his craft, a complete professional, and VERY prompt when replying to my emails. I highly recommend Ignas and Truoba homes!

Regarding the Truoba mini 615 (and I’d venture to say regarding all of the other designs), 880 square feet may not seem like a lot. However, the layout of the rooms, the high walls, and the many windows in the design legitimately give you the feeling that the house is bigger then what it is. (I’ve lived in 800 square feet apartments that feel much smaller then this house). Overall I have zero regrets when picking Truoba and the house that I did.

I had been looking for the perfect mid mod style house plan, but kept coming up short on exactly what I had in mind. I cannot remember how I found Truoba, but I am so thrilled I did. The stock house plan was nearly perfect, but we tweaked a few things. Ignas was extremely responsive and made the changes we wanted. Purchasing was simple and straightforward and the plans were delivered via pdf within a few days. I love that the house plans come with a window and door schedule which make everything that much easier. Fantastic business and I would use them again and again.
