Same comment as all others, Trustedbizreviews send you an email informing you about a negative review (in reality a fake they write themselves) about you to make you react and try to extort business. Beware. Deceiving business practice

Creating fake reviews in an attempt to extort small businesses. Nasty nasty nasty.

So this is the practice the company engages in: they write a you a negative review on their website, then contact you to get business out of you.

Same as all the others, but a 5 star review, with a negative comment. Website currently appears to be down now. Review from Brittany Welch, have never had her as a customer

Absolutely agree with other reviewers. We recieved a message from this scam company saying that "Rev. Michael' posted a negative review about us. This proved to be a total fake, because no 'Rev. Michael' ordered from us this year the products indicated in that review. These scam people say that they offer to 'claim your business' for $20. _IF_ a review is true, it means they offer a bad company to remove negative text just for $20... Would it be really correct for real clients? What a shame to scam, especially against religious organization!

I received an email from TrustedBizReviews advising there was a new review of my business. When I went to the website there was a negative review there from a person I have never spoken with and who has never contacted my agency. The review is a fake and so is TrustedBizReviews. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

This company is total scam. They fake reviews and try to get 20 dollars from the companies only to grab something. I received an email today with a faked review of a guy, I never sold anything! And they still reply with the same answer to all the reviews here: "...we don't post reviews...blablabla.." Arsholes!
I would be very surprised, if the answer to this review would be different, to what all other already experienced. Btw. A customer in Germany would have no intention to rate a company in Germany in english. But obviously your staff and AI is not able to generate any useful content in german. Neither the fake reviews nor the company description, which is your own based on some keywords from the website of the company. Foxtrot Unicorn Charly Kilo Off!

Like many others here, I also received a message about a fake negative review that was added to their website, with the extortionate message that I can pay $20 to "claim my profile" and have the fake review removed. I did not create a profile on this website, nor will I be paying them their ransom to remove their false review from their site. They claim they are trying to "mitigate an influx of reviews"... I call BS. This is nothing more than an extortion / ransom scenario.

SCAM! My business recieved a fake negative review the day I published our website. The review has a negative comment for every services listed on my website, word for word. My business is not even open yet, we have not taken a single client yet the review says they have received services for “a while”. Total BS! This site needs taken down!

This is a scam website. They are posting completely made up reviews.

I received an email advising my business received a review. The review was made by a person who has never been a client of mine. I have a small business and know all my clients very well. I have a five star Google review.

In order to have this review taken down I have to pay money first.
This is so unethical, unfair and wrong towards hard working honest people.

So not believe anything you read on this site and immediately report them if you have been targeted.

This appears to be a scam site. If you just look through random reviews, you'll notice that a ton of reviews contain very similar language, even if they say they're by different people. They also have an unusual number of people named "Samantha" writing reviews. It's not an uncommon name, but four or five Samanthas per page of reviews isn't realistic. Also, in many cases, the stars awarded don't really match the context of what the fake reviewer is saying.

I don't think it's a bot spamming a legit site with fake reviews. I think it's the site itself that's fake, creating fake reviews - hoping people will go to their site, put in a credit card number, then they get paid and have access to the credit card information. If you paid to claim your business, please call your credit card company and shut down your card before they start racking up charges.

According to our IT, the site has existed for less than a month and even the host they're using for their domain doesn't look legitimate. If you Google the address for the webhost, it's someone's house.

Another scam review site trying to extort money from businesses by asking for a joining fee to have fake reviews removed.
Out of the blue today a review from someone claiming to have been a club member but has never been. The name is even quite obviously made up. The address isn't even correct.
I suspect you'll find nothing but negative reviews created by AI on there.

Same here the ip address from the email goes to a web hosting in France. weather thats true or not i'm not sure as they are hiding the website behind cloudfair.

This is a scam company. Received a review by someone who had never visited our business so that we could be scammed €50 to remove the review.

Total scam company! some person named Ava Morales said she ordered from my company but I have no customers with that name from any orders. I also have not gotten any requests for a “refund” to which this Ava claimed she tried to do but got denied. Also her review was dated June 10th, 2025. Today is June 9th, 2025. How can you make a review for the future that didn’t happen? I don’t understand why someone would write fake negative reviews about small businesses or businesses in general. Just to get us to pay to “claim” or company. If you go to my company site you’ll see 5 star reviews from my loyal customers.

Scam that seems like a new ransomware / extorsion scheme. They create a fake AI "review" then contact our website to let us know that for $55 we can get the review removed.

I received a fake review on TrustedBizReviews.com from someone who never placed an order on my e-shop. When I investigated, I found countless other small business owners reporting the same issue.
This kind of predatory behavior is damaging to honest businesses and clearly designed to exploit fear and reputation concerns. Also worth noting: these reviews don’t even show up on Google, which makes their legitimacy even more questionable.

Avoid this site, and if you’re a business owner, don’t engage with them. Report them and help spread the word to protect others from falling for the same trap.
