Professional, High Standards. Quality. Great service
Simply Excellent. From the initial contact, discussing what Which Trusted Trader is all about, and whether it was a good partnership for both myself and Which. Professional staff made the process easy to follow and were always very helpful with any questions I asked.
Molly and Alistair were easy to speak to, reassuring, knew my history and the interviews were knowledgeable and relaxed. I was guided through relevant paperwork required and it was a straight forward application process. I feel like I can move on positively now with the Which Trusted Trader team behind me.
Simply amazing, I should've done this application years ago. Thank you,

I have been running business over 30 years and this is the time I realised which is providing fake reviews to their business owners, I told them tha I spent £3500 and WENTWORTH bollards are faulty and broke them down in 4 months and they aren’t allowing me to put their website, it’s fake advertisement, please don’t use WENTWORTH bollards and which trusted (not trusted)AVOID
I Will be telling everyone that you do not listen or do anything who complains about the customer had bad experience but ITS FALSE ADVERTISING,YOU ARE NOT TRUSTED AT ALL……

Thank you for raising your concerns. Our review platform is designed exclusively for feedback on work carried out under a direct contract between the consumer and the endorsed business. Because your review indicates that you contracted a builder, rather than the endorsed business directly, this falls outside the scope of our scheme, and therefore we are not able to post your review. Please be assured that we do monitor all reviews we receive, even if we are unable to publish them. This information helps us monitor the businesses we endorse and identify any potential concerns.

Not to be trusted, avoid Which as a company
I use to he a member of Which, however due to covid I lost my company.
I now work for another company in the same trade, they signed up with which paying the initial setup charge, because which found out I work for this company they declined (after taking the money of course)
The upsetting thing is my old which subscription had 100% positive feedback.
Which Trusted Traders are not to be trusted, they rob your money
Please avoid, checkatrade is much better and the traders are also vetted.
Following your very stupid reply, I do not want to talk to you, just want to warn other traders of your behaviour and not to touch you.
Scum of the earth

Hi Jasen,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. All applicants go through a series of eligibility checks to determine whether they meet the requirements of the Which? Trusted Traders scheme. While we can't comment on the specifics of individual cases in a public forum, we are sorry if our application process did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate how frustrating this must have been.
We'd be happy to discuss your concerns further and review what happened. If you'd like to do so, please get in touch with us directly and we'll be happy to look into this with you.
Kind regards,
The Which? Trusted Traders Team
Brilliant team providing a brilliant service
I cannot recommend the team at Which enough. Super kind, friendly and so openly approachable. The whole process has been genuinely brilliant.
The support throughout the process and the service they provide is genuinely first rate.

Which? Trusted Traders: Great at Hiding Negative Reviews, Not Great at Transparency
I submitted a negative review of ESTU Limited to Which? Trusted Traders and followed every step they asked, including email verification. Their site told me I would be contacted as part of the moderation process, but I never heard from anyone. My review has not been published, and my request for an update was ignored. This makes me question whether the Trusted Traders scheme is giving consumers a full and honest picture. If negative reviews are delayed, buried, or simply never published, then the platform becomes misleading by design.Based on my experience, I would not rely on Which? Trusted Traders when choosing a company.
Update: In response to Which Trusted Traders (WTT) comment. Curiously, within two hours of reviewing WTT on Trustpilot, WTT published my review of ESTU Ltd. I will be interested to see how long it remains published. Their comments don’t address their poor communication.

Which is Worth It
Following a disagreement with a Trusted Trader I was able to involve Which and with the constructive and very helpful assistance of Nathan Harris the matter was resolved with a satisfactory outcome for both parties. This would have been difficult to achieve if the option of alternative dispute resolution had not been available. Definitely worth employing a Trusted Trader.

The whole onboarding process was smooth and professional. It felt that the Which? Trusted Trader platform was well regulated and endorsed only truly 'trusted traders' rather than a money grab to promote anyone willing to part with the cash. Kitchworks definitely recommend the Which.
We are very pleased that Kitchworks has become a Which? Trusted Trader. The process was professional, well organised, and very thorough from start to finish.
The Which? team carried out detailed checks and guided us through each step of the assessment, always being helpful and clear with their communication. It’s clear that the organisation maintains high standards, which gives confidence to both traders and customers.
We would definitely recommend the Which? Trusted Traders programme to other businesses who are committed to professionalism, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
