No refund on lost parcel
My parcel was sent out with DPD i have now been waiting 3 weeks on a 2 day delivery. DPD have said parcel is lost as not been scanned. I contacted trusty pets they will not refund my parcel till they get it back if it has been lost how will i ever be refunded

I usually give five stars, but this time there seemed to be a delay with DPD, which is unusual and probably not the fault of Trusty pet Supplies. they are always prompt and good value.

First time using trusty pet supplies and very pleased with the service and delivery. I sent a few emails before placing my order and they were responded to promptly and after placing my order it was delivered the following day. Would highly recommend and will order from again
