Product was ineffective for me. Felt and experienced nothing. That would have been bad enough, but the worst part is they make it impossible to cancel! Say you can adjust your prescription anytime, but good luck making a change to your account. Difficult to find log in to the right part of the site to do it and if you find it... well it won't process correctly. Had to work through my financial instition instead. Scammy subscription business model.

I tried the compounded medication “Spark”. And it made me SO sick. Headache, nausea, dizziness, flushed, etc, that lasted for about 24 hours. I am so annoyed that I spent so much money on it, only to be able to take one dose, and get SO sick from it. I really wish the side effects were discussed further. Or I could try one dose and see how it made me feel before committing. What a horrible waste of money.

I never received my order from this company. I have tracked my shipping and it continues to say "processing" yet they are trying to take another payment for a subscription even though I purchased a ONE TIME order. You cannot talk to a human PLEASE AVOID PURCHASING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Website states that a full refund is issued within 48 hours if you don’t qualify for a prescription. I did not qualify and I did not get a refund within 48 hours.

I order 2 things, Ember and Sparks. Shipped separately, received Ember but not the Sparks. Sparks package made it to my city but now it's lost in the facility (I suspect, stolen). I contacted customer support by email. Rebecca said, she would re-ship the Sparks. Hasn't happened. I want my money back for the Sparks and I want to cancel my subscription for both, but I can't. When I cancel, I get an error that says I can't and the help and support page comes up as 404.

I found the little pink pill to be very effective. It definitely does exactly as it says it does. I find the dose last for more than 24 hours. The only negative I have found is that the pill can be a little hard to swallow.

I got the prescription approved the same day and I actually got the product 2 days later. I have used it 2x so far and it actually works.
