Do not buy from this company. You think it is an English company. They sell through Amazon. They offer a 60 day 100per cent money back guarantee plus a 2 year warranty. They say they are a small friendly family owned company. They add extras on your order and then say they cannot cancel because your order has been dispatched, when it hasnt, but when your order arrives you can return for a full refund. When you try to return for a refund they stall you by offering discounts for you to keep the product. When you insist on a refund you find out that no quick 100% guaranteed refund exists, no cooling off period for online selling and that they are not an English company although they do call theselves claritypro.co.uk and that at great expence the only way you can get your money back is by returning the goods to China and accept what they give you after deductions you never knew about also taking a chance that the address they give you exists. Hassle free transactions, 100% money back guarantee dont make me laugh.
Lastly but by no means least the product they are selling are not even of good quality.

The hearing aids arrived on time and they are exactly as described in the advert.

Other than having a problem in eliminating the whistling on putting in the aids I am very happy with this item. I had always had itching ears with every other type of hearing aids so I only wore them with great regret. The price I paid was very good less than any previously paid and much better as far as comfortable than under the .national heath

My hearing has been bad for years, I hate having to ask people to repeat themselves. I thought about hearing aids but most cost over £4000 I saw Clarity Pro online £69sounded like a con but I was desprate, so I ordered them. The difference was amazing. I could hear everybody clearly for the first time in years, I am so glad I took the chance, being able to hear everything has changed my life, i would recomend them to anyone who is suffering with poor hearing.

Delivery was very good the only thing with the hearing aids is that one of them whistles and is getting on my nerves, I've tried everything but I can't make it stop.

Being a person who wears spectacles I no longer have the issue with the arms of my glasses rubbing as I did with my old set of NHS aids
If I have one criticism it would be that smallest of the ear cones are still quite large whilst they do fit the hearing aids dont feel as secure as my old set But I can live with that

We were unsure at first but a few day in they appear to be working fine only trouble is now and again I keep getting feedback tried turning them down it seems to help but can’t here so we’ll , had my ears checked prior and they said never such tiny ears this may be the reason because they don’t go in as far as they should

I wear expensive hearing aids and they have a habit of switching off mid morning sp when this.happens I revert to yours and they are.just as good

For the price I thought well I’ll give them a try. I didn’t expect too much. As we say..’you get what you pay for’… To say I am overwhelmed at the clarity would be an understatement. They are practically invisible once located in the ear. I’ve had to put the tv volume down to acceptable, normal level. I have only changed to a smaller plastic dome on due to my small ear canals. Best days work I have ever done. Why pay thousands for the same quality as ClarityPro.

Better than expected, I bought them for my husband who for years as been telling me he is not deaf.
It took a few days for him to get used to them.

Before ordering view the website. Made in Britain? why do returns go to China. No quibble returns- tracked to China £20 postage. £35 esanitation and administration and this applies to an unopened box still wrapped in cellophane. Ordered one two sent both charged for. Avoid this company like the plague NB The aids do not work either

I ordered a set of ClarityPro hearing aids but for some reason there were 2 sets sent and also paid for which I didn't notice at the time. I wanted to send one set back but was told it would need to go to China. I tried the hearing aids but was not impressed with them in a social environment, although they claimed they would be. Yes they amplify the sound so in a small crowd (max 4 people) they are alright but they kept coming out of my ears as they are not measured for my ears. We all have different size ears.
Anyway I sent off the hearing aids to China, at a cost to me, almost 3 weeks ago and they are being held at Chinese customers so I have to wait until they clear customs before the can process a refund. Why a business based UK has to have a returns department based in China is beyond me. So I would say say clear
