I would just like to thank the team at Try Financial for helping us with our re mortgage over the past couple weeks, the team have replied to all calls and emails as fast and professionally as you could of hoped, they have answered every question we threw at them and there was a lot of questions. They were straight on the case when our valuation didn't meet our expectations and we had to go from a 85% to a 90% LTV product and an hour later we had ourselves a near identical deal which seems a miracle in this time where there is very limited deals at all let alone at such a low rate. I would recommend Try financial to anyone looking for help with any mortgage related needs. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future, keep up the good work.

i dealt with Aaron at Try financial, to purchase my first buy to let house, He completed two mortgages for me, a re-mortgage to raise the deposit which went through in about 4 weeks, and the buy to let mortgage which took longer but through no fault of Aaron’s.

He made the whole process as painless as possible, by handling all contact with the mortgage company, which was extremely helpful when I wanted to scream at them. All emails and phone calls were answered promptly and any queries dealt with quickly.

I will definitely be using them again when my fixed rate period is up.

As a first time buyer it was quite a daunting task finding a mortgage. Thankfully we used Tryfianacial, who guided us through the process. An advisor was always available to answer any questions we had(and there was a lot) even out of normal office hours, something I don't think you would get from a High Street Bank or large Mortgage provider. All our documents were thoroughly checked and all the i's were dotted and t's crossed before our application was submitted. Our application was approved on first submission and the offer of a mortgage took less than a week from submission. I am sure this was down to our mortgage advisors attention to detail ensuring the mortgage provider had all the information needed at hand with the application. They were also abke to find extremely competitive life insurance and building/contents insurance quotes(which I took), making less tasks for me to do during. Definitely 5 stars from me.
