I wish I’d looked up reviews before buying. Like what others have stated I found out the cream is shipped from China, not the USA when I tried to track the package and a Chinese shipping company yawen came up. I emailed Holicow and they responded that “ In some cases, tracking may show updates from international logistics partners used during the shipping process, which can make it appear that the package is coming from China.” Basically trying to say it’s not coming from China when I clearly is if you Google the shipping company Yawen. I’m trying to get my money back but no response when I’ve asked. Buyer beware!

I did not receive an immediate response on my order and product received was a below grade "copycat" containing ingredients that are found to be carcinogenic. I'm working on a chargeback for the items sent as they did not respond to my email about returning for a refund.

I wish I could give them a zero star review. This company is fraudulent. They claim there product is made in the USA but I have tracking from Yanwen in CHINA. I have been trying to return this product, and 5 emails later they are still giving me the runaround. Save yourself the headache and buy tallow balm from of many other companies that are actually made in the USA and don’t have to lie about it.

Both the ingredient list and the return policy on the ads are false. I have screen shots showing the ad vs the packaging, and also the real return policy.
