Quick response! Resolved the issue effectively and quickly.

This is the first company that has actually responded to me. I have been looking and trying to”several” products to help my golden Remi with her itching and ear infections.
Fingers crossed that this will work.

Customer service is great. I was asked to verify my address to make sure no apt.# was needed, etc. before my purchase is shipped out. Also was asked a few follow-up questions and even got a discount code to use for the next time!! Fingers are crossed this product will work!!!

First of all, Jess actually replied to an email I had sent & a concern of mine. That meant a great deal to me. She was not just an employee, she made me feel that she was there for me. I'll be back & hope to 'talk' to her again.

Product seems to really help our 7 year old hairless terrior. After starting, within a couple weeks we noticed increased play as if she was half her age. Also customer service is awesome. They are very quick to respond and accommodating. Highly recommend!

got 2 older dogs and a little one all on it now. been about a month. they all like the taste and ive noticed a bit less scratching already but think the bigger stuff will take longer. planning to keep going, curious to see how it goes

easy to change no hassle

i had too much stacked up and asked to space my deliveries out instead of cancelling. got a reply within a few hours, they moved me to every 3 months, done. thank you Jess!

never seen a bowl so clean before. my dog loves the bacon flavor and putting it on his dry food gets him to actually eat it instead of waiting around for a topper. coat is so soft after only a couple days. hes way happier and less itchy too.

ordered tuesday had it the next week, easy. three weeks in and my girl has pretty much stopped going at her paws every night. will be reordering
