Bern was most helpful explaining your product line especially for a mature lady over 70. I plan to evaluate the products and possibly come back to Bern in the future.

I was using it once a day for 100 days and didn't see much change. Now I'm using the red light tool 2x/day Granted I have wrinkles and maybe....there is a slight change coming w/using it this way for 2weeks and using 3 different lotions w/the red light. Slow process :(

Her concern to assure that I achieve my goals and best results were of her utmost concern. I’m looking forward to her followup calls.

When I emailed customer support telling them that the chin-up mask and golden eye mask were not in the box, they answered by saying they were. They weren't. They were freebies, anyway, so not a big deal. But I won't be ordering from this company again, if this is representative of their customer support.

Customer Service was absolutely awful until Stephen took over my case. I had Kei before and, although she was very responsive, there was absolutely no follow through. I actually complained about my glasses in March 2026 and was promised a replacement pair. Absolutely no follow through until July 2026 when my case was assigned to Stephen.

Kept getting promises that the replacement would ship soon but … nada.

Stephen got my replacement pair sent to me in less than a week! I was so shocked that it appeared on my doorstep. Thanks Stephen.

I e mailed with a problem I was having. A few questions later and a short video, Stephen stepped up and fixed my problem. Thank you so much, I am enjoying using this product.

Bern, my consultant, was very informative, thorough and patient during our conversation.
My only concern is not knowing in advance (while making the initial purchase) that additional serums would be needed to complete the routine. This is not a reflection on Bern in anyway but more on the company itself. It would have been beneficial to know the entire routine’s cost before purchasing.

Had an excellent customer service session with Stephen. He was very professional and extremely helpful with my RenewaLift technical issue, which was finally resolved, as my purchase is still under warranty. So I am now just waiting for the replacement RenewalLift to arrive!
