Bern was thorough and explained how to use all the products effectively.

The device I received was defective. I contacted customer service and Stephen was very responsive to my concerns. I sent him a short video of the issue and Stephen will be sending me a replacement device. I’m hoping it arrives soon as I’m excited to experience better looking skin.

I was trying to duplicate an order I had placed last month but did not see it available on the website and Joanne was very professional and helpful in assisting me. After using the device, my skin feels tighter and lifted, has a glow to it.
