We’d be happy to help clarify both your subscription and your experience with Rosanova. However, we’re unable to verify your order or subscription using the information provided in this review.

Rosanova does not automatically enroll customers in subscriptions. Before placing an order, customers are presented with two options: One Time Purchase or Subscription with 50% off. An active subscription can also be managed or cancelled directly through the customer portal.
