I wish there was zero stars. This company is a complete scam. Do not buy from them. They take your money but you will never see your product. Be warned.:.

I believed all claims listed on their website. Firstly, I was convinced it's a UK-based company, but they dropship from China. The website says "made in the UK." It's been 10 days since I ordered, and I'm still waiting for the delivery. On top of that, I would not trust any supplements made in China. The company is not transparent about these important details. All claims on their website are simply lies. They are conning people.

Do not use this company. Bought on the 2 for 1 offer and after 3 weeks received a packet of 100 capsules which is only one months supply. With a different company I got 180 capsules for the same price. Scammmers

Chinese trash! Luckily I paid through PayPal and requested a refund…got it within a few hours.
The company claims to have still sent the item however, if/when they do arrive I won’t consume them as God knows what they might actually contain!

I ordered end of December, still no arrivals and the tracking has moved from northern Island, South East England, then Wales and today Edinburgh, so misleading. Feel like I have been scammed.

Placed order begining of December still haven't received. Save your money and stay away from this company.

Scam company. They pose as a U.K. company, take your money then refuse to reply to emails, messages etc. been weeks and so called tracking isn’t even working. They are a Chinese company and even the contact phone number on their website says “ number not recognised”.
No item, no reply’s , and misleading about company location. Contacted my bank and reported them

Looks like I am one of the lucky ones that finally received after almost 4 weeks. HOWEVER I ordered and bought 2 months supply and looking at the dosage directions on the packet - 3 capsules a day I have received 20 days (60 capsules)! Scam for sure and capsules probably contain water 😂

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service I have received . Ordered in aug took til october nearly 6wks. til i received from them.. don't buy anything of them. .. they say they are based in London when I tracked my purchase it was coming from China... argued for a refund said they would refund and I would receive it on afew days that's over 3wks ago. Scam artists... don't purchase.... .

No order received or correspondence. Should have had it 2 weeks ago.

Think I’ve been scammed from sounds fo thread other reviews. So angry 😡 the company looks legit and claims to be based in London . Will try for a refund but don’t hold out much hope . Do not buy from this company people . Is there nothing that can be done to stop this !! Advert was on instagram and looked so genuine!!! Very sad world we live in

I find myself writing a review for the same item , still no items and they have replied to email email after my sending around 10 saying they will refund my money , this was last week . So I emailed again they replied saying there is a problem with my refund and they will issue another refund 😡 if i don’t receive this in 10 working days I can email them again . This company is a scam and a joke DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY

Don’t buy… it’ll never arrive. Website claims to deliver 3-5 working days. It’s been a month and it’s apparently still on its way to me. Save your money and stress and don’t buy. Although responsive on email replies, all they tell you is it’s on the way and ask you to be patient.

AVOID at all costs it's a scam been waiting weeks for this to arrive and just get excuses it's in transit!!! No refund possible as it's on its way! Phone number dead! ITS A SCAM AVOID

Total scam company said there were the UK waited weeks and weeks and weeks for it to come from China finally arrived all stuck together and burst in the bag contacted the company five emails later still not been resolved claimed of refund off PayPal do not touch this company there is scam

Not based in UK as they claim. Delivery took 2 weeks. Product was 1000mg not 3000mg as sold. No address of manufacturer on packaging. Did manage to get a partial refund after chasing 3 times. Avoid!

Appalling service , quick to take your money dont be fooled into paying extra for a quicker delivery I did and at this rate santa claus will be delivering it .I would NOT recommend this company ,I wish I had read the reviews before I paid up front for my item.
