I bought 1 product 1 time. They have made unauthorized charges on my card. I was not aware that by purchasing 1 time that it would make me a lifetime subscriber and there are multiple broken links on the website so it appears I can't unscubscribe very easily...
I want my money back!

Like a dummy I ordered this product. Zero results. I figured I spent money once, that's on me . However, they recently charged me again. Now I see all the problems with trying to cancel or get a refund. I immediately called my bank and put a stop payment on this company for future charges. They also started a refund process for me. I did not need to get a new card. If you choose the fraudulent route, then you will have to get a new number. My phone call with the bank took all of three minutes.

I'd give them minus 5 but it's not an option. I wish I had saw these reviews before I ordered because it would have saved me money also. I did not authorize more than one order but of course when I saw an email at 7am I replied by 11am on the same day to cancel all orders and refund my cc since I didn't order more. They didn't respond until late the next day so they can mail it out and keep ur money...scammed... lesson learned.

I canceled it within 10 minutes and they still said they can’t refund it to me or offered returning even though thats in their policy, and that they shipped it after they responded days after cancellation and before it was shipped. I will be filing a complaint. This is horrible customer service. Reviews prove the poor business all around.

I ordered the supplement to try it.
Received it in a couple weeks but within 2 weeks had another charge from Zeria. I didn’t authorize the charge and they signed me up for a subscription I didn’t authorize the charge! Beware of this company, they wouldn’t return my money. Totally a scam! Order from some company that’s reputable!

Buyer BEWARE... when you make a purchase you are Automatically signed up to Continue Being charged and Continue receiving this product !! They gave me an option to UPGRADE to an 'Advanced strength' version of the product. I chose that option...but it still appears I'm getting the original 'version' and the 'advanced' but Both say they contain the Exact same amount of Astaxanthin. It's practically a 'Bait and Switch' Operation. I'm waiting to see what I ACTUALLY receive...if it Isn't, I'm calling the 'Better Business Bureau' and I'm going to have my attorney call them next. Shady shit instantly from this company !!!

I started with Zeria drops. I do use more than 2 drops, more like 4 morning and night and my skin looks fab. I then bought Astaxanthin and this is a game changer. My skin looks amazing but I didn't start seeing a difference for about 3 or 4 weeks. My skin is firmer and feels great. Some people have said they can't cancel their subscription? Its very easy, you go into account, subscriptions and cancel. I did it in about 30 seconds. I've just ordered my second lot of Zeria drops and I will carry on using them. This is a commitment, its a long game but it is very, very worth it

Such a scam! Only ordered once to try it, tried for a month with no noticeable difference. Then they shipped and charged me on a subscription the next month again. Can’t find a way to cancel on their website. Replied to an email telling them to cancel and got email back confirming my cancellation. But they’re still shipping it to me and charging me every month for last two months! Tried replying to email again demanding cancellation of subscription, and now it says my email is undeliverable!

This company is not reputable I would definitely not order from them and they are impossible to get hold of they have no phone number and they never answer their emails

I've been keeping an eye on this company for a while now, and how they operate. This company puts out wonderful ads with pretty tanned girls (same as their other ads) and promise you exciting methods of having tans without sitting in garden for ages. I believe they also go under different sames too, a bit of confusion does help right? PLEASE CHECK ADS OUT ON HERE EVERY TIME BEFORE BUYING OFF YOUTUBE and any site selling stuff you are going to put in your body. Be careful, these companies DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU

I figured out how to cancel my subscription. You have to do it through your order confirmation email. You have to view your order and it tekes you to the subscription page where you can cancel. I know for a fact that I selected a one time purchase and declined the subscription but they signed me up anyway. I got lucky and figured out how to cancel it the same day and I sent an email to cancel my one time purchase as well. I got a response stating that she would try to cancel it but wasn't sure if she could. The next day I got a "thank you for your order" email so I'm currently disputing the charge through my bank with supporting documentation. According to them, you have to cancel within 5 days of your order but it's best to do it within 48 hours. I did it within 2 hours and they're not complying with their own policies. There's got to be a way to shut them down.

Not a good product has seed oils which are deadly!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER AND WILL TAKE MONEY OUT OF YR ACCOUNT!!

They did not work for me. Went through 2 bottles and no change at all. Wasted my money. Really don't know what I was thinking, if you want a tan a real tan you've gotta get in the sun. Or tanning bed. Don't waste your money.

Horrible! This does not work for me. You can't cancel your unknown subscription online, you cannot cancel by email even though they say to do It that way! I cancelled in January, it says cancelled but I keep getting shipments and billed! DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THEIR TRAP!

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. YOU HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT.

This company is not Legit!! They offer a 60 day Guarantee but won't stand by it!!! No phone contact, horrible email responses. They are corrupt!! I returned product to them with a tracking number for a refund and they said they didn't receive it. The post office shows on a tracking map that it was delivered!

I ordered the supplements and another offer of extra strength and I clicked on thinking it was an upgrade not another purchase which was misleading. I immediately sent an email requesting cancelation and 24hrs later I finally got a response saying they would look into it. Another day went by and still not response that solved the issue. A couple days went by and another 24hrs said it was shipped and they couldn't cancel it. Do Not order from this company!! $80 is what I lost and with no resolution or even a tracking number.

Before ordering beware of trying to cancel or get a refund. They charge you, the orders don't come then try getting a refund good luck
