This company had me sign up for a subscription without realising. I would not have bought the product again as it has caused my dog to have accidents in the house every day since we started using it. No information regarding side effects were sent with the product.

Ordered a bottle for my dog over 3 weeks ago it still hasn’t arrived the Royal Mail have returned it to sender saying my address didn’t existed but it’s the correct address I have requested a refund and cancelled the subscription but the company are saying they will send a new bottle out I don’t want a new bottle I’ve purchased a different supplement now at an additional cost to myself so want the money back from this one

I'm now on my third shipment of three bottles. Bottles 1 thru 6 consisted of a clear, slightly brown liquid. The latest bottle consists of a cloudy yellow liquid and I have been advised to stop using it (By Zoomies) - they say give it to a friend with a dog instead! |They will refund me 10% of my purchase price! Something has change with this product but the company dont seem to know what!

I ordered one and had no communication whatsoever and I was at a point where I was going to address it with my credit card company as fraudulent when the first bottle arrived. No invoice, no note, nothing, just the bottle in a small bubblewrap envelope and of course 4 weeks later another arrived. I thought I had inadvertently subscribed but when I checked on their website and my email address did not show a subscription. So I fired a short and no holds email at them. I received a reply quickly to state that my subscription had been cancelled (despite the fact I know I did not sign up for it) and many apologies etc. When i said I wanted to return the unopened bottle, I had to send a photo with the packaging label and the bottle. They then said it would be too expensive for international post. I queried and said that return address on my address label stated it came from Cannock and why could I not return it to there, did they not actually exist there, and where exactly were they? That was a week ago and I have not had any response! I truly think this company is to be avoided. And on top of it, I don't think my dog tolerates whatever is in this bottle and I won't give him any more.

Whilst they offer full money back guarantee in order to do this I have to pay for return shipping costs which they won't provide, instead offering 20% then 30% refund and I keep a product I have no need for

Product seems ok but their marketing strategy is truly awful, including, dozens of unwanted emails, tricking you to sign up for a subscription, not allowing cancellation of an order because the order has been "processed" when you then get an email 3 days later stating that the order is being processed, 2 weeks + delivery times. Just a shocking experience which has left me looking elsewhere.

This company does not give refunds..totally misleading customers on their refund policy.

BEWARE OF THEIR SUBSCRIPTION TRAP! During the purchase process they AUTO CHECK the subscribe button at the foot of the page and do not let you know they set up a subscription until the next month when they take another payment from your bank! WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL!! They have refused to give me a full refund for a subscription I never wanted and are now ghosting me! From other reviews I’ve read on the actual product I will not be giving it to my dog either!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Unethical / dishonest - They care more about money than their customers. The charged us twice for one product and will NOT REFUND! BEWARE!!

Everything arrived in unbranded damaged boxes with chinese barcodes on top. No ingredients listed on the bottles (not that I would trust what was in them anyway) - so unfortunately unsafe to even use.

I managed to easily cancel my subscription (although I worry that it was so easy it might not stick). Waste of £75

WARNING! Do not buy Zoomies NB-1 NAD+! They send an unbranded bottle of poison from China. My healthy dog started vomiting BLOOD and had explosive diarrhoea within two doses of it!
