They are Useless

Worse Than Useless

My email has been down for three days due to a problem their side. No response to help requests after three days. This is the third time in the last two years.

Also they are always fiddling with their systems and imposing changes all of which I've had to learn and none of which have ever made any positive difference to me.

I'm missing business opportunities.

I will be moving my account

Lost DATA.....

Came in to the office this morning to find my server had lost all of JUNE info, this includes property listings... 100s of images and more. This wasnt something me or my team have done, and has caused a massive problem. Yet again I have staff unable to work due to TSOHOST. This company is not for professional use.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Email is constantly going down and after much back and fourth it always results in them admitting its something they have done wrong their end ie playing with DNS records etc. The email constantly going down has caused me lots of missed business and problems. It has been going on now for a year.

Appalling performance

Appalling performance! They 'upgraded' my service, which means increased the price for the next renewal. The 'upgrade' stopped emails on two android phones and two laptops. No advance warning that I would lose all email services.

No proper instructions as to how to restore services. Discovered by my own efforts (no help desk support provided at all!) that they have changed all the server settings. I have spent about 5 hours so far trying to make things work and have one laptop working OK (I think).

Such instructions as there are on website are useless. e.g. tell you how to ADD an account on Android, but not how to make the forced changes to an existing account.

The irony is, having got one account working, I now discovered that a couple of hours after my email service stopped they sent an email to say that my upgrade had worked successfully.

I am still trying to get the email working on the Androids phones and properly on the other laptop.

Anyone know of a decent hosting service?

Poor Customer Service

I have been with TSO host since 2006. The service is good in terms of up time and reliability however the customer support is now in my experience lack lustre. I also have a dispute with the company. I disabled auto renew on my hosting account as I have moved to another hosting provider. TSO Host went ahead and charged me 3 days before the renew date £86.27 despite the auto renew being disabled. They are now refusing to refund me. Not a great way to treat your customers.

Live chat is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, tickets can be raised at any point from your my.tsohost.com client area.

I am sending out a request for more information to look into this for you, if auto renew is disabled the system will not generate an invoice. If auto renew is disabled one an invoice is raised, the system will then cancel the invoice to avoid renewal. Please respond to my request for more information and I will get in touch.

I have been client of TSOHOST for about…

I have been client of TSOHOST for about 10 years now but it seems that our ways will split swiftly and definitely.

I received a reminder for SSL renewal for 2 domains, one of them not belonging to me anymore. I sent several messages via ticket service asking to remove the dead domain from my invoice. No help at all, despite the fact that some time back the support was replying within hours. Now, 5 days passed and seems than no one have read my ticket.
My other domain was suspended then for non payment of the invoice. I paid immediately for both domains and opened a ticked asking for refund for the domain that doesn’t belong to me for quite long now. Also, I asked to urgently restore my main website. No response. The site is down for 2 days. The support is silent.

Time to move all my domains to a reliable and responsive hosting service.

Stay away from TSOHOST, they are not reliable anymore as they were in the past and no one seems caring about the customers.

TSOHOST i have been a customer for a…

TSOHOST i have been a customer for a very long time the i have paid my annual invoice for my site, they suddenly have hiked the price massively moving me onto a new package, AFTER i just paid , im due to pay again in 7day after having just paid for a year. I had no choice in what packages are availble , they just decided. I went on today to ask about other packages and the live chat isnt working .

I have had to resort to sending TSO an…

I have had to resort to sending TSO an email from an alternative email account as my website and my emails have been completely unavailable ALL WEEKEND.

Our system has been suspended for non-payment of a server we no longer use (and we have paid this and got the paid notification from TSO before you took our site down).

This is a completely desperate situation for our business which nearly went under due to COVID and TSO Host are treating us with the utmost contempt and deplorable customer service.

We have logged in to our TSO dashboard and my services have been suspended due to NO PAYMENT when all our payments are up to and we've been paying for two servers.

Please can you contact me BY RETURN to sort this out.

Its a terrible situation for us and I am so angry with the lack of professionalism from TSO after all the business I have been paying for, for years.

If you could show us some courtesy and respect as a loyal customer and respond or publish the site and open the emails up again ASAP.

On 10th May 2024 you took down 13…

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING TSO HOST PRODUCTS - On 10th May 2024 you took down 13 domains as you ceased our service. The notification emails you sent were classified by your systems as spam and we subsequently missed them as they were flagged spam. You then forced us to purchase a new server from you for 5X the previous costs and offered to migrate the services across free. 14 days later we still don't have working domains. Communication is terrible - frequently takes over 36 hours to respond. I've been with you since 2003 and it's been great but you no longer seem to care. Avoid at all costs people.

Edit -09-06-2024 - replied to TSO's response on 29th May and guess what - no contact. I can only presume this is a similar experience for others.

Atrocious customer service

Atrocious customer service,We have now move service providers as this was dealt with so inefficiently at tsohost end and left our business in a state of having no emails to communicate with staff and customers and no online presence.

The customer service we had was appalling and I would suggest looking into this at your end as the reviews you are getting online are much the same as what we have experienced with your company - we were customers for over 20 years and this loyalty seemed to mean nothing to you, obviously taken over by a company not based in the UK and english is not their first language,

LOng Ternm Customer Left Unaided

Was a customer of tshost in its various forms for nearly 20 years, right fom the Compila days.. Always a little slow and helpers not always able to understand the problem, often their English was dreadful. Then they decided to close a server which worked prefectly well and offered a more expensive package and no suport to migrate. I was left without a website and they still hold the domain. It will not be renewed Iand I recommend you avoid this outfit at all costs.

In terms of the new packages please know that we have not increased our prices in over 3 years, the packages offered to customers who are looking to migrate are those we advertise to all customers on our website.

Thieves

Like many recent review's tsoHost upgraded their systems then suspended my service with no notice. My email stopped working, so I investigated in my control centre, to find out my service had been suspended. More than six months before my renewal was due, they want you to upgrade, yes pay them more money for their declining levels of service. I have moved to another domain host now, and will never be back.

Enough is Enough

After many, many years as a satisfied TSO Host user I have moved away from them completely given how the service has been eroded. Enough is enough. No more telephone support, live chat is more miss than hit and tickets submitted are responded to at a pace making a snail look like the proverbial hare. The final straw was the forced migration. Didn't like the look of that especially as the one from a couple of years ago wasn't a pleasant experience. I moved my hosting to another provider - who were superb with their help - and when complete put in an immediate cancellation request to TSO. However - that wasn't immediate as it took them five days to respond to the ticket. I raised a ticket about something else about 24 hours ago, No response to that as I type this. Hosting and domain names now with the new host. A pity TSO have regressed so much from what they used to be.

Utterly useless customer service

Utterly useless customer service. Live chat doesn't exits and raising a ticket doesnt get a response for over 4 days......... terrible.

This company is a disgrace - so called support is non existent - I still cannot send or receive emails after nearly 2 weeks- support tickets are ignored.

Appalling service from a bunch of cowboys

I moved to Microsoft last October as servers not secure but let service continue as I’d paid for it. When it came to renewal for 2024/2025 I emailed TSO on 14th March 2024 to advise the service was no longer required. I followed this up with a live chat to ensure there was no confusion as I wanted to keep the domain name but not the platform and was advised I need take no further action. I’ve now been automatically invoiced £73.44 for a service I no longer use and TSO refuse a refund saying I didn’t cancel in accordance with their procedures which they’ve only now told me about! This is appalling customer service and I am now contacting my credit card company to ask them to secure a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Since change from Vidahost to TSO Host…

Since change from Vidahost to TSO Host the service has become useless. No more telephone support only live chat, they completed a migration to a new server and the website has been down for a week and despite reporting a fault we are no further forward. Waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs
