Had our garden sofa, chairs and coffee table delivered today. Absolutely amazing quality, joints are all dowelled beautifully and it is so comfortable. Plus it looks amazing in the garden. It arrived on time and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Ordered a Morris Grey Tartan Fabric Wingback Chair for my elderly mother - it was delivered (free) the next day and she is absolutely delighted with it.

Ordered a tub chair on Sunday. It arrived yesterday and I'm extremely happy with it. Very comfortable and well made. Excellent value for money.
I had a discount code I forgot to use at checkout so rang them. They said not a problem they would refund the discount to my card. Fantastic customer service and I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a tub chair after having a sample swatch first to check the colour.
Chair arrived quicker than expected and is a great addition to the living room as an accent chair.
I needed a small comfy chair in the corner and it fits the bill brilliantly.

AVOID,these cowboys,sent me a SECOND HAND,DAMAGED ANGEL CHAIR,edward sloane is an arrogant,condescending,LITTLE man,when i wanted to return the offensive chair,he had the AUDACITY,to ask what i was hoping to achieve,as if i was after something.After 1 week with no response from him,i went to PAYPAL,who were hopeless,eventually after 4 weeks of no comunication from sloanes,he told PAYPAL,if I,arrange and pay for return of the broken damaged second hand chair,he would refund me.i already paid £25 for delivery.After contacting TRADING STANDARDS,they told him about CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015,if you recieve faulty goods the SELLER has to arrange collection AND payment,of course DODGY OUTFITS would try and get us to pay for the return [EDWARD SLOANE HAS OBVIOUSLY DONE THIS MANY TIMES ,AND GETS AWAY WITH IT ] He actually told trading standards,that I had to package the chair the way i got it, so HE could sell the chair IMMEDIATELY,HE WAS ACTUALLY SELLING IT THE WAY IT WAS, TO SOMEONE ELSE,what a crook.And as for there CLAIM of great workmanship,pride and excellent customer service EDDY has a great sense of humour,he told me the BASES come from CHINA,and my chair would look like that in A YEAR ANYWAY,the mans a bafoon.AND NO....ITS NOT FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY.I JUST WISH I COULD PUT PICTURES OF THE THING HE SENT ME ON HERE.I eventually got my full refund including delivery cost 6 WEEKS LATER,he will do everything to put you off returning his crap.STAY WELL CLEAR......P,S. companys can buy good reviews online,READ THEM ALL FIRST.also,THEY use FEEFO,for THERE ,REVIEWS,just read the reviews for FEEFO,THEY ARE SHOCKING AS WELL IT WAS SLOANE HIMSELF TOLD ME THEY IMPORT PARTS FROM CHINA,THATS WHY THEY WERE DAMAGED AND NOT WELL MADE,AND YES PLEASE READ ALL THE EMAILS I SENT THEM,AS THEY ONLY CONTAIN THE TRUTH,....AS THE SAYING GOES..THE TRUTH HURTS.SO THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT THAT.AND DONT GO BY FEEFO REVIEWS,AS HE PAYS THEM,NOT TO PRINT NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THERE CROOKS AS WELL.

Came across the chairs we wanted on the Sloane and Sons website - Angel accent chair. Arranged to visit the showroom to see and try the chairs we were after. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two chairs purchased and loaded into the back of the car for us by a member of staff. Straightforward assembly and the chairs seem well constructed and comfortable. Overall, a very good experience.

Bought 3 tub chairs 4 years ago and absolutely love them . Got a stain on one of the cushions , spoke to Edward and he advised me re washing instructions re cushion cover . Cushion cover now 100% . Great after sales service , would recommend this company 100%.

Very helpful, efficient guy on phone, who put my order through and were delivered promptly within a couple of days. Thrilled with them! Nice material, colour and size. Very comfortable and ideal for a smaller room. Would definately recommend, and good price too! Thankyou!

i bought as garden table parasol. it arrived but is 15 inches shorter than a standard umbrella.
the post office tried to send the package by royal mail parcel post, but the address given by sloane and sons is not registered to the RM address search.
when i contacted sloane and son, a gentleman who said he was 'the owner' asked why id bought it in the first place if i wasnt sure of its size. he was unhelpful about the royal mail and offered no solution to the fact their return address is not recognized by royal mail.
a very rude and unhelpful experience.

Ordered a bench in April for delivery in May. No communication from company, chased and advised goods held up in shipping. Revised date advised. Revised date passed with no update. Benches then appear in stock with next day delivery. No update from company, no next day delivery, no apology. Very poor.

Ordered our garden bench Monday and it was delivered Tuesday morning. Very easy to assemble and very happy with it at a good price.

Just received an order of two tub chairs and I am very impressed with the quality and speed of delivery. Absolutely love the chairs and to not have to wait weeks is so refreshing.

The colour of the chair that was delivered looked nothing like the photos (image is of the yellow angel chair). Edward Sloane was patronising and unsupportive. I returned the product at my own expense and had to chase them multiple times for an update on my refund. False advertising and bad service, avoid at all costs.

I can't comment on the quality of the chairs which I ordered from Sloane & Sons because I had to cancel the order due to delivery issues. Short read - please check the small print before you order and make sure that you can be available to answer the door for your delivery from 8am to 6pm - you will not get advance warning of a time slot or possibly even information that you have missed your delivery. And Sloane & Sons which charge you for returned deliveries.

Long read on my recent experience.
Sloane & Sons use TNT for the delivery - delivery was attempted on 24th January but as the buzzer for my apartment building isn't working I was not aware of this. I did not receive any communication from TNT or Sloane & Sons about the missed delivery. I tried using the online tracker to find out where my chairs were but I got an error message with the reference number provided. I used the Sloane & Sons webchat to find out what was happening - apparently I had to add a '0' to the end of the number. TNT couriers do not have company mobile numbers and so cannot phone or text to contact you when attempting delivery. And Sloane & Sons suggestion was that I leave a note for the courier to ask them to leave the chairs on my doorstep or give them my mobile number. Neither sensible given that my flat is in the centre of Newcastle. When I pointed out the poor customer service offered by TNT/Sloane & Sons the person who had phoned me said that he was going to cancel my order. I don't think they had been trained in customer services or possibly were having a bad day as they were very shirty and patronising. I'm not sure what anyone who had hearing difficulties or say took a long time to answer there door due to mobility issues would be expected to do in this case. Sit on their doorstep waiting for the delivery perhaps?

If you're reading these reviews, after making an order - don't panic. I too read the reviews after making the order and started to panic, what have I done.

Here is my experience...

The ordering process was easy and super clear. The delivery was super speedy. And most importantly, the product was up to my expectation. It was very easy to put the chair together. The chair is perfect, the colour was to my expectation too.

If I was being picky, the packaging and instructions a bit sturdier - but I would rather have the chair for the price I paid, otherwise, better packaging and paperwork would only increase the costs.

Overall, a very happy customer.

Perfect chairs for my little Cottage. Seems a few reviews on Trustpilot about this compnay but i would suggest (like others say) to look at ACTUAL reviews on other sites as the service I got was brilliant. Chairs arrived next day (no charge) and were ideal. I ordered a sample swatch (free) before hand and that make sure i ordered the the right Tartan.
