A very good experience so far
A very good experience overall purchased a EFI tuner with tune package for my 6.7 Cummins they answered every one of my many questions definitely more active responses over email than phone or live chat but still great! The instructions to load the tune and program it are very well made and the tune itself works great! Thank you

"Pre-sale" service is good, BUT...
Pre-sale service is good, shipping is fast. Service after the sale, especially if a problem is involved, is poor. A common issue is RMA's being issued, but no shipping label or address is ever given. Requests for such information go unanswered. In the end, I was able to do an exchange, and get a refund for the returned item... But it took many emails through multiple platforms, over weeks to make it happen. I feel like most responses are "bot" generated, and there's probably 1 or 2 actual employees. Your mileage may vary.

This company is a scam!
This company is a scam, offers nonexistant customer support. We without truck for 1.5 months before picking it up from the mechanic and not moving forward with the delete. The company charged $5400 for a tuner that would only download to 13%. This is not a good company and advie you to go elsewhere!

Hi Yvonne. We don't have any record of your order. I'm pretty sure you meant to leave a review for this company https://ca.trustpilot.com/review/www.tunersdepot.com and not Tuner Depot which is us.
