We’re sorry that this issue has remained unresolved for so long and understand how frustrating it is to be without reliable access to your BizMail service. We reviewed the case and saw that the problem involved setting up BizMail on Mac Mail using IMAP, along with related password reset and login issues that also prevented you from viewing your active subscriptions in My Services.
We also saw that mobile IMAP access was working, but desktop and laptop access were still blocked because of the password and login problem. The issue was reproduced, escalated, and confirmed as a backend issue, and a bug had already been raised for the engineering team to investigate further.
We understand your concern about waiting several business days when this has already been going on for about a month, and we regret the delay and disruption this has caused.

As I was required to use Yahoo’s mailbox and my emails still don’t work. I am so disappointed in myself that I have Turbify. It is the worst experience I have had in many many many months. Now I can’t get any of my email not just Yahoo but any email from Microsoft etc.

We reviewed the case and saw that support verified the Business Mail account, helped reset the password, generated an app password, and walked through the iPhone email setup so you could regain access to the mailbox.
We also understand that your concern went beyond just signing in, since you were still having trouble with email delivery and not receiving messages from other providers such as Microsoft. That kind of issue can make the whole mailbox feel unreliable, and we regret that the experience left you disappointed and without a complete resolution.
We’re sorry the call ended before everything could be fully addressed, including the supervisor callback you were expecting.

Your customer service agent was great but some features of bizmail email were not so good.
Your customer service agent was extremely helpful. There were some aspects of Turbify that were disappointing, however, such as lack of email login history.

Haven't used much, but so far so good. I learned to do websites the old way, so this transition into the new is less enjoyable for me, but works fine.

Avoid at all costs.
Turbify charged my credit card 30 days in advance of my renewal date instead the much shorter period in previous years. The renewal amount was more than previous years. They did not inform me of any of these changes, nor did you send a renewal notice before charging my card. When I called to cancel my account and request a refund (before the start of the new period) they refused. Luckily my bank saw things differently.
