If you’re a foreigner living in Turkey, never buy internet service from this company—their system is designed to scam you. I’m paying $200 a month for internet service, and I’ve had no internet for 24 hours! Their staff is unqualified and incompetent; you can never get in touch with them. I hope they go bankrupt someday.

They are trying to provide internet by illegally laying fiber optic cables from the exteriors of buildings or attaching them to trees, instead of using cables that should be underground. There is no data security, no call center to contact, and constant internet outages lasting for days and hours; all users are complaining. They try to offer this service expensively; it's the most appalling company I've ever seen. A very large percentage of their users are complaining.

The company attracted subscribers by promising high-speed and uninterrupted internet service. However, the widespread service outages experienced in a major metropolitan city such as Istanbul have exposed serious deficiencies in its infrastructure planning and technical support capabilities. The prolonged disruption of internet access across large areas raises significant concerns regarding the reliability and sustainability of the service being provided.

Despite charging subscribers substantial fees, the quality of service has remained unacceptably poor. I believe the relevant authorities should investigate whether the fees collected from subscribers are being adequately invested in strengthening the network infrastructure and ensuring service continuity.

I request that the authorities thoroughly examine this matter, require the company to provide a transparent explanation for the outages, ensure that affected customers receive appropriate remedies, and take the necessary regulatory measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

When it works speed is good but when it works! At least for a month in a year you will not have access to internet because of deliberate and timed outages which is policy of the company. This is why it is cheap. No customer service, yes none, zero, nill. Scripted phone records. No one on the other side to check or listen. They have one or two admins in twitter which is basically repeats what phone scripts tell you. Reliability is zero. Do not go with it.

TurkNet gigafiber başvurusu yaptım, ekipler 9’unda adrese geldiler ancak “merdiven Ankara’da yok” gerekçesiyle fiber kurulumunu yapmadan geri gittiler. Cumartesi tekrar geleceğiz dediler, ardından pazartesi, salı ve çarşamba da geleceklerini söylediler fakat hiçbir gün gelen olmadı. Günlerce kuruluma gelecekler diye evde beklemek zorunda kaldım, resmen eve kilitlendim ama buna rağmen hiçbir işlem yapılmadı ve hâlâ internetim kurulmadı.

Bu süreçte defalarca, abartısız onlarca kez müşteri hizmetlerini aradım, toplamda yaklaşık 600 kez şikayet kaydı açıldı. Buna rağmen Ankara genelinde merdiven bulamadıkları gibi gerekçeler öne sürülerek kurulumun yapılmayacağı söylendi ve hiçbir somut adım atılmadı. Başkent olan 6 milyon nüfuslu Ankara’da merdiven bulamadıklarını, merdiveni benim bulmam gerektiğini, eğer merdiven bulursam müşteri hizmetlerini arayıp “ben merdiven buldum, ekibi yönlendirin” dememi beklediklerini açıkça dile getirdiler. Düşünün, internet hizmeti satın alıyorsunuz, aldığınız firma size “benim merdivenim yok, sen getir öyle yaparım” diyor ve bu durum sanki benim sorumluluğummuş gibi yansıtılıyor. Komik olan ise aynı binada iki farklı dairenin hâlihazırda fiber hizmetinden faydalanıyor olması, yani daha önce merdiven bulunup kurulum yapılmış olması.

Ankara Etlik Mahallesi, Kuyuyazısı Caddesi Mesire Sokak bölgesinde yaşanan bu mağduriyetimin acilen giderilmesini ve başvurduğum gigafiber internetimin derhal kurulmasını istiyorum. Fiber internet kullanmak için başvuru yaptım ve buna göre plan yaptım, bu nedenle bir an önce bağlantımın sağlanmasını talep ediyorum.

I run an e-commerce business and everything I do depends on the internet, but it’s been four days since I reported the issue and still not a single explanation. Is it really that hard to say “we’ll fix it on this date”? The team came, stared at the modem like it was a museum piece, and just walked out. We ask questions, they shrug and say “we don’t know.”
I contact live support and it’s like talking to a brick wall; they just copy-paste nonsense to get rid of you. We call, nobody answers, you can’t reach anyone.
This level of indifference and carelessness is unbelievable. Zero customer care, zero problem-solving, and communication is a disaster. It’s basically like you’re saying “deal with your own problem.” This is not how service works.

This is the badest company I have ever used in Turkey, there is no internet for 4 days, they just claim no set an appointment for you to come and fix there unlimited internet connections and then no one appear, they change the dates and hours according to the repair team without telling you or inform you, very bad service, the only good thing is they answer your call always, but for no good service at all, the poor guys on the phone are useless they cannot do anything but setting another appointment for you, and then nothing change, no one is here to help,, I'm very dissappointment with this service

This has been the worst internet installation experience I have ever had. Yesterday, their technical team made me wait for **2 hours**, and no one showed up. No call, no explanation.

Today, they contacted me again and **confirmed** that the team would come at **18:00**. But instead of arriving, their technical team called me and started **misbehaving on the phone**, speaking unprofessionally and telling me they would NOT come at 18:00. They even said, “If you want, you can cancel,” instead of fixing their mistake.

This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is unbelievable. After wasting my time for two days, they still talk to customers with zero manners.

I am cancelling my subscription. I definitely do **not** recommend this company to anyone. Stay away if you value your time and want proper customer service.

This is a formal public warning about TurkNet (LIR / ASN: AS12735). I am experiencing two critical, unresolved scandals for over 10 days (Account: 2769XXXX).

1. CRITICAL DATA PRIVACY BREACH (KVKK/GDPR VIOLATION): My official customer portal is displaying a Static IP address (212.154.90.XXXX) that DOES NOT BELONG TO ME. This is a severe data integrity failure, proving their systems are insecure, customer data is cross-contaminated, and they are in breach of data protection laws (KVKK Art. 12 / GDPR equivalent).

2. SALE OF "FAULTY SERVICE" (TECHNICAL NEGLIGENCE): Additionally, the "Static IP" I pay for (159.146.46.XXXX) was delivered WITHOUT a Reverse DNS (rDNS/PTR) record. This is a fundamental failure of network standards. As a direct result, the IP is blacklisted by policy lists (like dnsbl.spfbl.net) as a "Dynamic IP," making the paid service completely USELESS for its intended purpose (e.g., mail server).

Support has been unable to fix these core issues, instead causing network instability and speed drops.

I have filed formal complaints with all relevant national (BTK, KVKK) and international bodies (RIPE NCC, BEREC, ICANN). TurkNet is selling a technically broken service and failing to secure user data. Avoid at all costs.

I'm not happy with Turknet, was really bad experience for 2 months I couldn't wait to switch to another company

I stated that I had not had internet for a week and that it was urgent, we reached an agreement and they told us that they provide service including weekends. In customer service, they said that the installation would be done on Sunday. It was Saturday, no one came, they just said to wait for the call. When we asked later, they postponed it for 3 days. A company that does not keep its promises.

I was having ping issues in online games, but after switching to the Gigafiber infrastructure, my connection became much more stable.
