Outstanding care from start to finish.
I stumbled across this lovely young lady (Lyds) by chance having already gone through surgery the year before in Turkey with a different surgeon different hospital, all I can say it didn’t go well and I required revision surgery but I was reluctant to return back to the same surgeon.
I contacted Lyds after watching the TikTok I stumbled on as she was talking about her surgery and recorded her progress and from there I can 100% say it has been the best decision I have made in a long time.
From day one I can’t put into words how amazing they have been Lyds, Katie and my surgeon, and the hospital staff of all roles outstanding care.
The support, reassurance and advice I received was excellent, i met with the surgeon and Lyds before hand to go through any questions or concerns I may have had, but I had all my worries reassured and had contact with Lyds uk surgery advisor if I needed anything before my trip and throughout my whole journey along with Katie also uk advisor.
On the day of travel my airport transfers and hotel all booked and transfers from hotel to the hospital all sorted for me and for my partner to join me and-stay at the hospital with during my stay.
As I explained previously I was nervous to be here again but my worries just went away the care I received was outstanding my whole experience they genuinely cared about making sure I had the best care and experience along with a comfortable stay.
I was cared for and ensured all my needs were met.
The reassurance throughout the whole process I felt very comfortable and safe and I knew this experience from the start was entirely different from my last one.
Every question I had I was reassured, as a food allergy sufferer along with medication allergies to I had no worries at all, all meals and meds allergies catered to my own needs my hospital bands all 3 of them red, white and green were to ensure all these allergies were adhered to I was never in any doubt that I was in the safest of hands during my stay.
My interpreters during my stay were also fantastic and the nurses were amazing especially little Hulger she had a smile to brighten anyone’s day and was so professional and attentive when taking care of my needs.
If you are one of those people that has always wanted to have surgery abroad but scared of making the decision and finding the right place, surgeon, support team from day one until you no longer need them, (as the care you receive continues once you get home )

Around 3/4 months ago I reached out to Turkey advisory team and spoke with Lydia , after weeks of doing my own research it was so hard knowing who to trust , well Lydia sent me details of a surgeon, i done my own research on the surgeon, then I got to meet Lydia and surgeon in London he made me feel so at ease , booked flights , had blood test b4 I went out , the amount of messages I sent Lydia and she got back to me every time with a answer, day before surgery i had a really bad panic attack, Lydia arranged for her nurse to come check on me .
Day of surgery team kept me and hubby up to date with everything, whole time in Turkey the team out there was fantastic, since being back they have kept in contact and I’m able to call or message them for support & advice only early days but the support been amazing. Nothing to much trouble from simple little questions to after care support, I will be using them in the future.

I have had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Turkey Surgery Uk Advisors.
From I nervously messaged asking for more information in Nov 25, through to my surgery in March 26, Lydia and Katie have been with me every step of the way. The communication was outstanding and I felt well informed throughout the whole process.
No question was left unanswered and I felt at ease knowing that they had both had surgery with the same surgeon and had fantastic results.

I was incredibly nervous before travelling to Turkey. Having surgery abroad felt like such a big decision, and I worried about everything that could go wrong. Looking back now, I can honestly say I had absolutely nothing to be scared of. Every member of staff made me feel safe, comfortable and cared for from the second I arrived.

The hospital was spotless, modern and professional. The nurses were amazing and checked on me constantly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and despite being away from home, I felt completely looked after. The food was lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the level of care exceeded anything I could have imagined.

My surgeon was fantastic and gave me complete confidence that I was in the best hands. The pain management was excellent and I was never left struggling. Every question I had was answered, and the whole team made sure I understood every step of the process.

Katie, Lydia and the team were fabulous from the start. They gave me information on things to look for when choosing a surgeon abroad and what to avoid. They sent me links so I was able to conduct my own research all whilst giving me impartial advice without any pressure whatsoever. This was all free too!
I did go to them and use them in the end and I'm so glad I did.
Booking was simple with them, paying was made easy, transfers and translators were fantastic.
I had a mastopexy, the surgeon was great, the medical team were amazing, we had support at every single moment, more if I asked for it... Which I did .. I'm a nervous traveller!
The contact was kept the entire time and not just 10-3 twice a week... It was literally whenever I felt i needed to reach out and about anything!.. including not being able to reach my nurse call button! I'm an anxious person and they put me at complete ease, before, during and now even after .. I'm 7 months (crikey) post op and stay in contact, simply because they're all so nice!
My surgery was so good, recovering saw zero problems and the scars are so minimal it's amazing!

I just had my surgery on 2/2 in Turkey thanks to the Turkey Surgery UK Advisors. They have all been so amazing, helpful, responsive and supportive. Lydia has been a godsend for me. I was so overwhelmed with trying to navigate the process of having major surgery abroad and Lydia made me feel so at ease and helped me throughout the entire process including after my surgery. When I first started to consider Turkey for my procedures, I had reached out to a couple of clinics others on Facebook recommended. One of these “clinics” went as far as sending me patient photos that were not theirs. I do my research and reverse image searched the photos they provided…they had taken photos from a Reddit post and were attempting to pass them off as their own surgeon’s work. I was so upset by this that I almost gave up looking into Turkey completely. Luckily I stumbled across the Turkey Surgery UK advisors and the rest is history. They helped me book with an amazing surgeon at an accredited hospital. They always had an open line of communication before, during and after my surgery. The team have been so helpful and informative. Ive asked so many questions both before and after my surgery. 99% of the time my consultant had enough experience and knowledge to answer straight away. If she didn't know she would find out within minutes. They have such a speedy link to the hospitals, surgeons and nurses. I was asked what I was looking to achieve, what my final image was. I was guided through possibilities. My pictures were sent over the the surgeon for his opinion. Within 3 days I got my response from the Dr. I booked! Sorted the flights myself and everything else was organised for me.
The people at the end of the phone are human, not selling machines. I always felt my best interests were at the heart of our conversations. I know I can call or message at any time and get a response almost instantly! It's like chatting with someone you've known forever.
Hospital transfers for all of our appointments or moves between the hospital, hotel and airport were organised for us.
There is no pressure selling! No pay now which was a major red flag for me with other companies.

I booked my gastric sleeve surgery with Lydia because right from the start she was amazing and supportive. No pushy sales tactics and she has a way of making you feel calm and well cared for. She made herself available to chat to me really late at night when I was confused at the airport in Turkey, and despite not being there stayed up late every day to support my group through WhatsApp and phone calls. Lydia and Katie are simple the best . From the time we crossed paths by fortune .Their support has been outstanding. The stopped me from what felt wrong in my stomach from possible making the biggest mistake of my life . I was (booked with another company) with very little knowledge of surgeon or hospital or information given to myself by the Turkish booking coordinator who lured me into placing an unnecessary deposit in refundable down to secure a price and date …. The coordinator went on to attempt to change price , increasing it and surgeon and hospital. I could find no evidence of her suggested surgeon on any medical board and my red flags was up . After digging about on face book . I found this amazing lady LYDIA from Turkey surgeryukadvisors who turned my whole life around at a rapid speed of 24hours . Yes unbelievable that quick I felt at peace that I was now in safe hands and I was guided through every part of the process and even after my operation. These ladies are so compassionate for the future medical tourists , they want the best and make sure we receive it . I did this operation alone in Turkey alone …..but Not as they was both here for me at the end of a message.

Excellent experience. I booked before the company was set up but Lydia contacted me to talk me through all my upcoming surgery and reassured me throughout. She is very easy to talk to and is very honest. Nothing is too much trouble and she’s happy to talk you through everything you need to. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about surgery in Turkey. It’s a daunting choice to go abroad and many of my Uk friends told me it was dangerous and can’t be as good as the UK. But I found it quite the opposite. When do you get to meet your surgeon after surgery in The UK? When are you given his contact details if you have any worries? I was fully supported before and after surgery and overall the whole experience was 100% positive for me.
