Great condo in a great location for skiing. Gondola is walking distance or there is a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off. Condo is perfectly appointed for couples and families. I actually liked that it was on the first floor allowing us to store our boards and skis before going inside. I was a little worried after I had already booked and read that it had no privacy-there are shades and the traffic was actually minimal to the doors that are nearby.

I would highly recommend this cozy home in East Nashville for those looking for an immaculate well cared for space. My husband and our 2 adult children shared this 3 bed ranch with large sun drenched deck off the back December 23 - 30. Located about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and 15 from Opreyland, it provided easy access to both. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. The fridge looked brand new, and the washer and dryer came in handy the day before we left. We had breakfast each morning in the dining room which was great for spreading out our maps and planning our day. Wi Fi service was excellent and the neighborhood is very quiet for restful nights. The only negative was that the 3rd bedroom has a futon rather than a bed. Our son is used to sleeping on a king bed at his home ,so he had some adjustment to make, children would likely not mind.

We had a fantastic time. The turnkey home was nice…. Could have been cleaner but all and all it worked well for our family. We travel a lot and have been to park city a lot. This was one of our favorite units. If only the cleaners has been more detail oriented.

This home was fabulous! It was clean, comfortable and stylish. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely common space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy to communicate with owner who was very responsive. One of the most comfortable and fun homes we have ever stayed in.
Location was also great--easy to access the beach, yet in a quiet beautiful neighborhood going up the hill toward the palisades. Highest rating!!

Everything about Palmilla and the condo were great. We highly recommend the location; best place we've stayed in Port A.

The toiletries provided (shampoo, soap) were poor quality, and there was very little water pressure. Taking a shower was difficult and annoying.

We had a wonderful time! Booking was easy and the instructions for arrival and departure were spot on.
The location was terrific and we felt very safe.
The linens were clean and plentiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this stay.

I had an issue with the electronic lock and the dishwasher. Turnkey was overly responsive and resolved all issues.

Property was clean and in good condition. Beds are very comfortable. Short drive to Broadway but many other restaurants and bars close.

Very nice place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and completely as advertised. Everything worked, there were plenty of cooking supplies, and all the instructions were correct and clear. The house and backyard by the pool and hottub are very private. We enjoyed the property very much.

Whether you call or text Turnkey is responsive and helpful. Also, we needed help with a couple of minor things and their local representative, Mike, very very helpful and professional and great with communication. Cannot recommend Turnkey enough! This is the 3rd time we’ve booked through them in fact.

We recently rented this condo for Christmas and had a wonderful experience. Everything was clean, and the place was very cozy! I would definitely go back again!

This is the second time we have used Turnkey. The organization works very hard to make your first experience with a new home positive. Directions to your rental are concise. Instructions for entry are useful including a video tutorial to unlock the door. We won't hesitate to use them in future should we re-visit the area.
