Never heard of this company before I made an order, but will gladly use them again. Buying second hand audio equipment can always be a bitndaunting, and they were selling an item I was interested in at a very good price.
Item was quickly dispatched despite ordering on a Bank Holiday Monday, arrived very well packaged despite not being in it's original box, and was in exceptional condition.

The product arrived in immaculate condition (almost new) and any faults that were present were mentioned in the description of the product with photos. I also contacted them on instagram to ask more details about the product and they were very quick to respond with the information I required. The product was also shipped very quickly. Couldn't fault the product or service they offer.

It got posted on the 23rd and the post office has not updated the tracking. I have not received the parcel still now. 6th Aug. They told me I had to wait 10 days for me to receive a refund. I asked for a picture of proof of receipt. Not been sent. Still no item or refund.

Delivered in excellent time and condition, but tbh was not entirely as described for a deep scratch, down to bare metal besides the crossfader, noticeable at distance should have been included within the description, it would not however, prevented me from purchasing for exactly the same amount, just an easy to spot issue and if you're happy to omit what is obvious, what about what I can't see....? Still ... love them 2 bits!!

(Basically what I am saying is you got 5 stars from me, because there isn't a 4.5 stars option.... whereas this, my first purchase from yourselves was without question nor query, however I now feel that should I have another purchase from yourselves, I kinda think I would be inclined to question for my own piece of mind , i know used means used but its not a subtle little scuff , its almost like the prior owner had a fall out with the mrs and she was wise to the fact that he loved his mixing console more than his ford focus as she clutched her keys....! Its NOT a huge scratch but its NOT a small one either guys!! )

Bought a pair of CDJs. They came quicker than expected and were in perfect condition. They advertise as used but do an excellent job cleaning up and refurbishing these decks. These didn’t look like they had ever been used.

Great customer service with such a wide range of stock and knowledge couldn’t recommend Dom at Turntable Traders enough. Would 100% use again to buy and sell any dj equipment
