Tvworldwide really helped me with an…

I recently signed up forTvworldwide They really helped me with an issue I was having. They provided me prompt service with the what’s app application. They answered right back It all went really quick. I’m a senior citizen and was still able to get it all hooked up. Great picture and sound. Loads of content .
They have earned my business now and in the future.

Started amazing

Started amazing! I couldn’t believe the quality of the service and technical support. That lasted for about 2 weeks. Now the services video freezes while the sound continues to play. I have another service provider that works fine so it isn’t anything other than tv worldwide. Tech support is gone. They don’t answer quickly and give me solutions like “use Morocco feed for best results” none of which makes sense since everything was fine until we were past the money back period. Typical scam. Don’t fall for the fake reviews and nice website. The search for a decent service provider continues….

Worked only for 2 months- Fixed again for now

Paid for 1 year and Worked only for 2 months and then stopped. No response from customer service. Please stay away and dont waste your money.

Addit: They fixed it. Working for now. Fingers crossed.

Stopped again in few hours.

Disappointing to say the least

While they have a wide variety of tv series, they often don't offer the new episodes for a few days. Some of the series have two or more seasons missing, especially British or New Zealand series. The tv channels are disorganized and awkward to navigate. Very disappointing. We will not be renewing.

Regarding new episodes, updates can sometimes take a little longer depending on the source and availability, especially for certain regions like UK or New Zealand content. That said, most popular series are usually updated as quickly as possible.

For missing seasons, this can occasionally happen due to content availability across different libraries, but it’s something that gets updated regularly over time.

Service and support was great for a week

I decided to try the service the weekend of the Super Bowl and the service worked great with no buffering and freezing. I decided to purchase 4 devices for 3 months. The support I received over WhatsApp was fast and helpful. All of a sudden, late last week, the service started to go bad. I am experiencing a lot of buffering and freezing and the WhatsApp support has gone quiet. They are no longer answering. I am getting worried. I will update this review if things get resolved but for the time being, I am feeling like I got screwed.

I have 4 active connections at the…

I have 4 active connections at the moment and cannot fault the IPTV or customer service. Connection is stable, reliable and doesn’t buffer like my previous provider. On the rare occasion I do encounter an issue, they are quick to respond and rectify whatever the issue may be. Highly recommend.

SCAM!!!! Service does not work

Service does not work. Seller tried to sell an additional service as an add on to make this supposed standalone service work.

Customer service is horrible. Requested a refund on second day but no resolution yet

Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking. He is overwhelmed and tells you he can't help as he has too many customers. Couldn't set me up with the channels requested and then ignored requests for a refund, which they advertise as guaranteed refund if you're not satisfied. After 3 days paid out to a different provider who did in 5 minutes what this guy couldn't do in 3 days.

The reply below (4 months after submitting the review) advises to contact the support team. Somewhat difficult when they seem to have blocked me and do not respond to WhatsApp messages. I have given up any hope of a refund and just hope the review deters other users from being scammed.

Superior Streaming for Affordable Cost.

I’ve tried many IPTV services over the past few years. TvWorldWide by far has been the best. Content can’t be beat. So much to choose from. Customer service has been stellar. Immediate response, they don’t give up until they have solved your issue. Have had very few outages over the past year I’ve been a customer. Maybe two. Both were short lived. The subscription is a great deal. Affordable, and well worth the money. Great option to satellite and cable.
