Hired 2 Santa Cruz bullit’s for my son and myself and rode at Glentress. The team at Tweed valley were amazing right from the bikes to the info we got on where to ride and even eat in town etc.
It’s so rare to get such a personal service in this detached AI driven era, so having a call almost straight away from Tweed Valley Bikes after a problem with my order was incredibly refreshing, an... Mehr ansehen

Good comms and knowledgeable people to deal with. Test rode a vala when staying up there and then bought mail order. Would recommend. Slight issue on the delivery but they dealt with straight away and very happy with the bike.

Hi Rory. Thanks for taking the time to give positive feedback despite the courier issue. Very glad to have been able to sort both the Vala and the delivery hiccup out for you and hope you have been enjoying riding it for the moment, TVB
Knowledgeable staff and great service
I received excellent advice and top notch service when recently discussing and eventually purchasing a new ebike. I'm really happy with the bike (an Ibis Oso HD) and highly recommend Tweed Valley Cycles!

Thanks for the nice review Simon. We always try to do as many on the post repairs and holiday rescues as we possible can - we know what it's like when things go wrong on a trip. Cheers, TVB
Great Service
Firstly, very good advice. Upgrade of brakes discussed, selected brakes illustrated on another bike with them already fitted, options described in detail. Staff own experience of brakes recounted and background of brake manufacturers outlined. Fitting done well within my required time frame. After sale communication spot on. Friendly and enthusiastic staff.

Excellent After Sales- Great Wee Shop
Without a doubt the best service I’ve had from any bike shop. Anyone can sell a bike, but it’s when something goes wrong with your new prized possession that a good shop stands out. The guys at Tweed Valley wasted no time at all sorting out the problem. They kept me fully informed and sorted the issue out quickly. Everyone at the shop was really helpful. All other bike shops should be like this.
Thanks

Great experience
I purchased a Santa Cruz Nomad and agreed on a few spec upgrades with a trade‑in on the unwanted components. The deal felt fair and was easy to reach.
Communication throughout the process was excellent, with clear updates on how everything was progressing. The bike arrived promptly and was very well packaged.
There was a slight issue with one component not matching the advertised spec, but this was handled quickly and professionally with a next‑day courier. Overall, I would highly recommend Tweed Valley... thanks Guys!
