Lovely packaging and very prompt
Lovely packaging and very prompt. The only reason I haven’t given 5 starts is because the returns process is difficult. You have to post the items, which is expensive and it’s difficult to get to a post office after work and before it closes.

Ordered a lovely coat from Twenty. I have been looking at coats for a while and I hadn't seen this coat anywhere else, so feels really special. Ordering from them online is quick.and easy. Communication excellent advised when dispatched and when delivery would be. Will definitely order from Twenty again.

Speedy response, garment as good as I hoped. Only slight quibble was that I could not find returns policy should the jumper have not fitted.

This gem of a shop never fails! Quality clothes and fabulous customer service, my recent purchase was a dress, it is beautiful , stunning, classic & timeless. Good quality clothes are an investment to me, which is why this is my ‘go to’ shop for most events.

London Boutique in the country
London Boutique in the country - This has been my go to store having discovered it a few years ago. It has so many wonderful pieces you would be hard pressed not to find the perfect outfit whatever the occasion. Some great staple designers such as AG and new and unusual ones constantly popping up.
