Product Quality. Unfortunately there were a number of mouldy fruit in the box when it arrived. I did however advise Bron who was really great and apologised and offered a discount but it was more to advise you that perhaps when shipping to South Island you need to be aware of the travel time at this time of the year.

The fruit is amazing, the service incredible. We have been recommending you to everyone.

The fruit is so fresh and the company is so responsive that if fruit is not up to standard or suddenly available, they inform you and ensure replacement options are available and delivered.

The fruit is excellent but all stone fruit needed thrown out . I ordered Sunday it was picked up Tuesday and arrived Saturday. So that’s 7 days it took . Normally I order Monday and it arrives Thursday so a bit dissatisfied

Seasonal fruit box was sent as a gift to a bereaved family. They were delighted and said the fruit arrived in mint condition.

Always happy with how fresh the fruit is on delivery, except for my latest order where the Lady Finger bananas arrived black and bruised - both bunches, which was very disappointing. However, Customer Service were very quick to provide a 20% discount off my next order to compensate for the poor quality of the bananas.
