Friendly world class expertise in B2B payment in easy-to-integrate solution

In Komplett we have just launched our new invoice payment method from Two on 5 B2B and Distribution shops across the Nordic countries. We designed the solution and the implementation phases together with Twos very professional delivery team in a couple of efficient workshops.
We have a monthly revenue of hundreds of millions of NOK on invoice on these 5 shops so a low risk rollout and great support from Two was important for us and they delivered 100%!
Customer onboarding went live first, then the final piece (credit check and anti-fraud on every invoice order) in checkout went live in June. We have been running successfully for about a month now, with less fraud, less manual work on our side and higher "acceptance rate" on credit applications.
The project deadline was "before summer vacations in Norway", and we made it!
Twos support during the implementation, with direct contact with our developers and direct contact with our customer centre after go-live has been very good. Quick answers, problems resolved quickly, every customer cared for.
They have easily accessible world class expertise on integration, risk management, credit decisions and anti-fraud, but the point is that you most times don't need to access these people, it is all built into the solution, well documented and easy to integrate with.

Great BNPL Plug-In for Magento

Used this payment option for over a year on Magento 2. It works very well and runs automatically. Gives trade customers the option to pay on 60 days.

Had an issue but it was solved

There’s no way to have support. No statements or invoices are uploaded on my account, which needs to be paid off by tomorrow. I have no bank details so I have no way to pay off my account.
I’ve been sending emails for days and only the same automated email from an AI agent comes as response and no assistance is given further.

*** UPDATE: my issue is now resolved, I did have assistance, the issue was due to the merchant not put the order as completed. However it wasn’t easy to have help and the automated email was pretty useless in my case.

I am leaving 3 stars because I tought I could have paid by card, but only a bank transfer was accepted instead, maybe more choice for the payment method would be appreciated by the customers.

I don’t think i will use it again anyway, as if I’d paid by Amex as usual, I would have had more time to pay and also earned points.

Worst company to deal with. They keep chasing invoices that are already paid. They misallocated the amounts. No telephone number to speak to anyone and they keep sending the same email no matter what information you send them.

Stopped sending statements and then…

Stopped sending statements and then they just send aggressive letters asking for payment! You contact their customer service and they dont seem to understand your questions. Its like they are answering something else. One more chance then I find a different supplier.

Have now received their response below and as you can see they still dont understand what is being said. Their portal is almost impossible to access and very unuserfriendly. What payment company doesnt send out monthly statements when they want payment? Its about as basic as you can get. If you send out statements you get paid. You really need to learn to start listening to your customers.

Been chased for paid invoices

Been chased for invoices we have already Paid, emailed TWO three times asking to please allocate my payments against my invoices and no return. Will not use the supplier anymore as don’t want to have to deal with Two. Even more odd is that they call using a Spanish number?

Two Portal - very user friendly

Great Company and Team

Two team was very helpful and quick; throughout our integration and contract process. Salman and Joachim were instrumental to experience one of the fastest payment provider integrations I have experienced.
