It is claimed that boxes were stained…
It is claimed that boxes were stained when they were not. Boxes were kept in excellent condition. Upon opening package this company may have stained the boxes. This is highly questionable.
Update….
Although I cannot explain these showed stains, I can say this two mom’s reached out and pointed out that an option would’ve been to call them and settle this matter luckily for me they have returned the boxes although I offered them for donation. Moving forward at least I know that if I need to settle something with them on condition of products I can actually speak to them and they will listen.

A video of our processing team opening your shipping box and removing those two stained boxes after receiving your shipping box was offered to you. We contacted you, and you acknowledged they were stained and appreciated us explaining it to you.

Very trustworthy company. Customer service calls you back immediately. Money sent to you on the same day.
