I sent them my sensors and they claimed…
I sent them my sensors and they claimed that something was wrong with the date, so I didn’t get all my money the was quoted. Then I sent more sensors and the fact that they asked you to remove anything with a patients name on it, so I removed it and some of the paper came off the box a small section however they didn’t pay me for that sensor yet they opened the box taking the sensor out the box and instead of sending it back they kept it even though I offered to pay the shipping to get it back. At this point I believe that they tell you something is wrong no matter how small the issue is just to get out of paying you the money that was quoted and they still make a profit when they sale the so called damage products. I will never use this company again from now on I will tell my family and friend to sale to a different company.

Based on your details here, it appears you are referring to a previous quote you submitted. We did reach out to you and had several conversations on our helpdesk and you had agreed that you are not expecting us to purchase damaged supplies we cannot resell.
The previous policy of not accepting supplies with labels was resolved a few months ago, and all warnings related to that were removed at that time. Depending on how often you visit the site, whether or not you use a mobile device and which browser you use, the latest version of the website may or may not show for you and those warnings may have still been visible to you for a short time afterwards. You are always welcome to reach out to us on our helpdesk or by phone to clarify any policies or issues to avoid confusion or disappointment, we're always glad to help.
As you know from our communication, we are fully transparent, video tape your supplies being processed, and that footage is always available for your review in case of any questions. The damage to that one box was approximately 1/4 of the box where the box coating was ripped and could not be purchased.
We're sorry you were disappointed and please let us know if we can help further. We appreciate your consideration and business.

Very upsetting
Very upsetting, especially since there was no proof provided! I sent in six glucose monitors in a box that was not from Amazon. I surrounded the boxes with brown wrapping paper and taped everything very securely. All of the boxes were in pristine condition when I shipped them.
I received a phone call stating that one of the boxes was severely dented and, therefore, they would not compensate me for that monitor. I was given the option of having the monitor sent back to me for a $25 fee, which would be deducted from my payment. WHAT A RIP-OFF!
No pictures were offered as proof, and the woman I spoke with had no idea how the monitors had been packaged. So, I would really like to know how this happened. I have dealt with other companies and have never experienced an issue like this because I always make sure everything is packaged extremely securely and carefully.
This is the second time I have dealt with Two Moms, and unfortunately, I will not be doing business with them again. Based on how the monitors were packaged and wrapped, it would have been almost impossible for one of the boxes to become severely dented as I was told. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do, and I felt like I was completely at their mercy.
I did not want to lose another $25 from the payment for the remaining five monitors, so I told them to keep the damaged one, process my check, and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. It is too bad because they have now lost my trust.
The first time I dealt with them, everything went smoothly and the process was exactly as expected. That is why this situation feels even more suspicious and unsettling to me. I cannot say what happened, but based on my experience, I will be returning to the other companies I have used in the past.
Make your own decision, but I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed choice.

We’re sorry that you were disappointed about the damage to your box. In our ten years of experience dealing with shipping diabetic supplies, damage in transit is the number one reason why supplies are damaged. Unless they are packed very well, there is a chance that your boxes may get damaged during transit, as USPS and other carriers do not give your shipments white-glove treatment. They are thrown and other heavier boxes are stacked on top of them every day on the entire route from your location to ours.
We do recommend strategies to pack your supplies well, and make those available to you on our social media, in our help desk, and in our newsletters for your convenience so that you always get paid in full and avoid disappointment.
Most importantly, we are completely transparent, and we have video footage of our processing team opening your box and removing your supplies, including the one box that was dented, showing that the box was received in that condition.
Again, we can only report to you what we receive, and anything that happens between the time you ship it to when we receive it is completely out of our control, as you can understand. We contacted you and asked if you would like to see that footage, and you declined, saying it’s okay.
Our flat fee to return supplies to you is for shipping and handling (contacting you, packing your supplies, packing materials, providing you with tracking, paying for the shipping and then delivering your box to USPS), since we already paid for you to ship it to us and would be a net loss to us both otherwise. At times, we do make a one time exception and offer this service to our newer sellers and believe it makes for a better experience. We're sorry you didn't feel that way and declined our offer.

I’ve been selling to the two moms for about two years consistently. I also help my elderly family members as well, so I’m very familiar with their process.
