Just had some work done on resizing a bracelet, quick and friendly service

I have just received my Omega Speedmaster Professional after a service and could not be more pleased.
This is the second time I have used TWR and once again they have surpassed expectations. My watch came back just like the first day I brought it.
The service throughout, from booking in until receiving it back was an absolute delight, fantastic staff and so nice to deal with a company that goes that extra mile to deliver such a great service. Absolutely brilliant, many thanks.

Very friendly and approachable staff, they treat their customers with respect. Watch service was great, very professional with explanation of what was done and they gave me back all replaced parts plus original watch box on top of that. I would definitely recommend.

This is the third watch I have had serviced by TWR and each time the experience has been excellent. The movement on my Tornek Rayville failed, with TWR servicing and regulating it, so that it is now running consistently at +1 second per day. I will be using them for future servicing of my watches and highly recommend them to anyone wanting highly skilled and friendly watch repairs and servicing.

Very professional service in all aspects, from initial contact through to delivery. The company kept me informed throughout, including caveats and possible limitations (even when this meant they may not get the business!), which was very reassuring - especially welcome in an area dealing with high-value (financial and sentimental) items.

My wife bought me the watch awhile ago. I took the watch for a replacement battery on collection it was, as it turned out, damaged beyond repair. The watch was away for over a month before I was given the bad news.

The back of the watch was dented and given to me in 5 bits which I sent to T.W.R Watch Repairs.
I was contacted to discuss the problems and given the cost to repair the watch. Today, within two weeks, I have received the repaired watch it looks like new.
I could not be more pleased. I could not recommend them more highly.

Like other reviews I was a little worried about sending an expensive watch off for repair. TWR were great to deal with from reassuring me about the process at the start, to ensuring the timing of the return delivery worked around my schedule. The process took a couple of months and the watch now works flawlessly. I have no way to judge workmanship, though did receive a little bag with the parts that needed fixing and were replaced as part of the service (they all looked pretty good to me so assume the new ones must be immaculate!) Overall I was delighted with the service, it took a while - though I expected this - and would have no hesitation in recommending TWR and using them again in the future.

Just like others, it's always concerning when you send an expensive watch away for servicing or repairs - but TWR were impressive from the very beginning. When I learned that my watch might take a number of weeks for servicing, I expressed my anxiousness as I was going away - but a very kind lady assured me that she would prioritise it. And I've just received it back in record time - working perfectly and with a 12 month guarantee. A BIG THANK YOU TWR.

My Hamilton watch required a service. TWR's response was superb. Prompt and courteous response. Very reasonable charges. Six-week turn around. Watch looking like new.

An excellent service of my Squale x Amsterdam Watch Co watch. As the watch is rather rare and uses new old stock Blancpain cases, acrylic inserts and crystals, I used TWR, as they have previously serviced one of my watches. The service was done quite quickly in six weeks and the watch is running well within COSC. The case has been left unpolished as I requested but nicely cleaned. TWR come highly recommended for both the watch service and excellent customer service I experienced.

I had my Sinn T2 serviced by TWR. Great company, they called me when they received it by Special Delivery, a few days later they called again and discussed the price and their recommendations.
Had the watch back a week before the estimate of 7-8 weeks, a really good job. I previously had the watch serviced by Sinn in Germany, they ignored the issue with the clasp I had flagged up. TWR said a new one would cure it, and at a low cost it did, so now just like a new bracelet.
Will be sending my Omega to them shortly for sure.

The service was excellent and the communication when I phone was brilliant. So nice to deal with a company that is efficient, have humans on the end of the phone and they did just what I asked them to do with my watch and delivered it back in a very short time.
I would 100% recommend them.

I’ve now had two TAG’s fully serviced by TWR ( Automatic and a battery). Both watches came back looking new. A fast and efficient service. Good value.

In April 2021 my Omega Seamaster was loosing time, my local Jeweler had previously suggested I use TWR as he has also used TWR before for himself and his customers so I got in touch with TWR and arranged a service and also for them to regulate the timing for my watch, I received the watch back on 24th May 2021 along with the 24 month service guarantee and was told of everything they had done and everything in the process went like clockwork "Pardon the Pun".
Then in mid June 2023 I noticed my Omega was gaining time so I contacted TWR about this and told them I was 5 to 6 weeks out of the 24 month guarantee, I was told to send it back down to them and the customer adviser said they would see what they could do as regards the price as it was out of guarantee, (approx 5 to 6 weeks) then on June 1st I got a telephone call from TWR telling me my watch had been re-serviced the timing had been regulated correctly and would I be at home so as to arrange delivery, she did not mention anything about the cost so I then asked her how much for the service and the timing adjustment and she said, there is NO cost at all the work has been done as a "Return under warranty".
What a fantastic gesture by TWR I could not believe it, it just goes to prove that they are a very good and reputable company. I don't normally write reviews but after the way TWR have treated me I thought it only right that I should let people know how good TWR treat its customers.

Excellent support, communication, and highest quality service from TWR. They serviced my Sinn U2 and everything was returned perfect. They were recommended by Sinn, and Alex from TWR provided excellent support and trust with my watch. She helped tailor a plan to what I wanted done and returned it on the promised day. Highly recommend, and happy to be a reference for them. Thank you!
