Originally, my experience with TxPowerSports was excellent. They were very attentive and answered all my questions. The sales person was informative on the process of ordering online for the individual customer. However, they made several promises that ultimately were not supported by the service department.
First, the order was placed on May 28 and it was not shipped until June 7. (Nine business days to assemble?). It took 4 days to arrive. I Live in Kenner, Louisiana and TxPowerSports is in Arlington, Texas. (I can ride an Ice Bear Trifecta 150cc Trike to Arlington from New Orleans in 12 hours.)
Second, MCO/TITLE PROCESSING PRIORITY ($39.99 extra). It was not and I did not receive my title until three days after I received shipment of the order.
Third, when I contacted the service department, they informed me that I needed to send them the VIN off the Ice Bear Trifecta 150cc Trike to them so they could process the title.
Fourth, when I asked them why they could not have gotten the VIN off the cycle when they were putting it together, they said that they had to ship it first before they could start the process.
Fifth, when I informed them of how ridiculous that sounded, they changed their story and said they would send it to me right away.
Sixth, instead of sending it as overnight post they sent it 2nd day delivery.
Seventh, they sent me a text asking me to give them a good review on Google and to take a screenshot of it and email it to them and that for doing that they would give me a $10.00 refund on my order.
Eighth, I did and they then replied with an email stating that I needed to give them another good review on ‘Trusted Site’ in order for them to approve the $10.00 cash-back.
Ninth, I complied again and I have not seen the “cash-back” yet.
Tenth, I had the ‘Trike’ looked over by a local ‘Scooter’ dealer and he had to tighten serval bolts and adjust the drive chain. In addition, the throttle had too much play and needed adjustment and the break handles needed adjusting for comfort of use. A very bad assembly job.
One more thing, they claimed on the website that my purchase came with a Parts warranty that was FREE for 3 MONTHS and an Engine warranty of 1 YEAR that was free also. However, they offered that I could upgrade to a parts warranty of 6-month or 1 year for $159 or $199 respectively, and for the engine, I could also purchase an 18-month warranty for $249. I only took the free versions of the warranties, but when I received the Bill of Sale that came with my purchase, it stated that my purchase came with “No Warranties” and that my purchase was sold to me “As Is”.

In closing, I like my Trike and would recommend it to anybody looking for some cheap transportation or thrills, just do not buy it from TxPowerSports.

They say one thing and do the opposite. Don’t buy from them they say Free Shipping and call two days later for more money get the F outta here!!!! Y’all knew where the Item was going should have added it at checkout!!!!! Clowns 🤡🖕🏾

Ordered a bike. Paid through Bread Pay.
The order said free shipping.
Next day got a call and was told they wanted $250 to ship it. When I said I agreed to what was in the shopping cart and not any extra fees. They said they could cancel the order minus 6% fee.
If the didn't ship anything, WHY would they charge a fee to cancel. Will NOT do business with this site ever again!

Y son was very happy it runs fantastic. He rips on it. The shipping delivery truck guy put a pallet jack on the bike and then the Tx sent the new part that was broken off it was a clutch handle. I put it on in 10 mins
after only waiting a week the helmet showed up early before the bike. we where pumped and antsy to go ride and it started right up . After the quick install ,Braapp !

TX Power Sports, is a great way to get any type of bike that you desire, I had a mishap with them but it ended up getting settled, I will say that I will recommend friends to them if they want to buy any type of bike, ATV,etc, and I will purchase another bike from them if I need one, so my problem was solved with them, and Ended up being a good experience with them.

I ordered the BSR250 from txpowersports.com and it arrived in 10 days in perfect condition. I contacted support a couple times with questions and they were very helpful and replied promptly. This has been an unexpectedly great experience ordering a bike online! The bike runs great right out of the box. Amazing. Thank you, TXPS.

4 wheeler purchase came in a timely manner. Communication was above par. 4 wheeler itself met all my expectations for it's price point.

I was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from a company that I came across on Facebook. But after checking it out I pulled the trigger and purchased a 4 wheeler. Let me just say I'm over the top with how quickly I received the unit. Also being a hands on kinda guy I went with the option of putting the unit together myself. No problem with the assembly it took about ten minutes and done. My 7 year old loves it and my 4 year old now wants one. I ordered a Hawk Dlx 250 and it arrived 10 days later, and was put right in my garage by the driver. The same day via FedEx the Mso and Bill of sale arrived as well. My order was placed and accepted in good time .. reps. Have kept in contact with me and kept me up to date with my order and they have been helpful and hospitabke all way thru .. was called and told when order would be shipped and arrival times .. highly recomment them to any and all that want good service .. very satisfied

Easy peasy to order and receive (Hawk x 250). Smooth sailing, bike went from order in Texas to delivery in Phoenix in one week, including their assembly. Bonus, enough pallat and wood left over to build a house.

I made a purchase from TX Power Sports, and was well satisfied with the Company response time. I ordered the Vitacci Ranger 250 and it arrived in less than a week. After assembly, I took it for a test drive. The speedometer was not calibrated and one headlight bulb was burned out. I called the company and they are immediately said they would send out a new headlamp bulb. I researched the speedometer calibration on google and there are many ways to recalibrate a digital speedometer. The company stated that would have to contact Vitacci to find out which method I need to use with this speedometer. My review would be five stars for TX Power Sports as far as communicating, ordering, support, etc. But less for Vitacci as there in no information online for support about calibration or headlamp replacement issues, or how to connect a phone to the built in speakers.
